Fletching you can break even with. Maybe the fastest. Cooking you'll lose money with, but you can be lazy with it. Fishing is relaxing. Hunter/Firemaking is too much clicking. Thieving is "hard", but rewarding.

Don't always make the highest level pouch .. save your blues and reds until you find a familiar that provides a reasonable amount of xp with it. Usually they're the most expensive to make.

addy bolts seems like the best way for you, if you don't want to lose too much money.

Hunting is too much clicking for me. Fishing is more relaxing. I think you'll make more off red chins.
