I agree whole heartedly with this. Me_Hate_Libs I am probably one of the oldest users of this site and don't think it is necessry for a lot of 'adult' words to be used to get your point across. I think your whole attitude is rather childish.

Whilst I havn't read all your comments and someone else may have said this.... We were not in Jagex good books because of the advertising which appeared on this site. The admins have removed the adverts and complied with Jagex. I am sure that they are now working flat out with Jagex to get us up there in the Platinum group. Good work admins, don't let this little thing stop any of the team from doing what they do best. Tip-it is The best Runescape fansite.

If you visit a fan site of whoever is your favourite band/artist do you expect them to promote other good bands/artists? No. But you would expect the band/artist to endorse your site. Jagex should visit us more openly in the forums, but also be prepared for negative talk about them. No one is perfect and everyone can learn by constructive criticism. Come on Jagex where are you?

I don't agree with those of you who say we should be able to advertise whatever other game we want. We are a runescape fan site and as such we should, to some degree, respect their wishes for us not to advertise 'rivals'. Having said that though because revenue will be reduced by not advertising such sites, I think Jagex could perhaps support the site more.

Well I expected a long event and boy was that long (6 hours). Everyone had a wonderful time and my personal best was at the Barbarian Assault, where we got to level 10 the final battle, I have never got past level 2 before. :grin: Thanks Itzal for a wonderful evenings entertainment. This seems like one longgggggggggg event I hope I will be able to stay awake 'til the end, especially as my favourite mini game of Stealing Creation rounds it off.

That was one fun event. We mined, drank, smithed, drank, drank some more, then staggered to the barbarian village where we did a spot of fishing and then drank a few beers, and then somehow managed to find the pub in fally where we drank some beer. I think Itzal and Honest1 were leading me astray. Thanks I had a fun time. :thumbsup:

Yes, we hold events every friday/saturday 00.01 gmt or saturday 21.00 gmt. Check out the events and gatherings posts. Also check out rsof, they have an events page where you will find numerous events advertised. Rs also have an official facebook page where events are advertised. Over the Christmas period Jmods have been challenging people in the games room but I think that event is now over. There is a lot going on out there these days. Have fun.

Welcome back Zeokoz. The game may be a lot different to what you remember but in my opinion it is better. Jagex has put much more emphasis on having fun, it is not all about making gp, but about meeting friends and doing things together just for fun. Try it for a month join in the events, you will love them. The Jmods make appearances much more often now too. Have fun exploring the 'new' game. :thumbsup:

Last Cricket match I went to watch was at Old Trafford and the Aussies were to afraid to play because the pitch got a little wet in in the morning, the sun was shining bright and they went out to inspect the pitch and Aussie captian pulled a face and said he would not play on that pitch. Come on the sun was burning your eyes out. Were they afraid of losing.
