So dual ascensions wouldn't even hit a 1 on Bandos. It took about 3 minutes to even do 1 damage, which I then hit maybe 7 times, and then he became untouchable again and had to leave.

Eh, we've had time to get over it. He was a good friend prior and is a good friend now. Gonna let bygones be bygones and if it happens again, well then we'll deal with it then. :).

Tip.It Times - 9th June 2013
Well, I had a long reply typed out and accidentally clicked @thejollyroger's name instead of highlighting it. So, here goes again. I used to think dungeoneering was more of a minigame also. However, that was when I first started and had no idea of the infinite number of things to learn about the skill. The more you realize how many ways there are to maximize XP rates and speed up floors, the more you realize that it is indeed a skill. Let's look at some other skills. Woodcutting - I click a tree once and watch my pixel swing an axe for 5 minutes randomly getting logs based on my current level and which hatchet I'm wielding. Fishing - I click once on a fishing spot and watch as my inventory fills up with shark. Thieving - I spam click a farmer or stall. My XP rates are decided by my current level and randomly generated numbers - not my skill. You're now 99 Fishing. How much better are you personally at fishing? Do you know all the ins-and-outs of catching shark? Now that... [sarcasm]That must take a lot of skill[/sarcasm]! The only thing that changes as you level is the fish you can catch and the speed at which you catch shittier fish. Now let's look at dungeoneering. I start out as a noob. I know nothing of the skill. I get shitty XP rates because I know nothing about what I'm doing. Time goes on, I begin to level, to get the hang of the puzzle rooms, of clearing GDs, of the strategies for bosses and how to properly use prestige. I am personally becoming better at dungeoneering. My XP rates aren't a result of some randomly generated number based off of my level. No, my XP rates are a direct result of my personal skill in dungeoneering. People who view dungeoneering as not being a skill are most likely the ones who use it to cut every tree, fish and cook, and get combat XP from clearing rooms. You're dungeoneering to train, you guessed it, dungeoneering! Fast floors and maximizing knowledge and skill of puzzles, bosses, and pathing will result in fastest XP rates. Choosing not to do this, and cutting each tree, clearing statue rooms (Lol), etc, is like choosing to cut oaks to 99 Woodcutting. Dungeoneering is more of a skill then any other "skill" in RuneScape. It's the only skill that you actually become skilled at (most of us) as you progress, resulting in faster XP/rewards. It's the only skill that you learn more as you go. How much did you learn on your way to 99 Fishing? All the secrets to catching fast shark? Can you tell me, seriously (players who view dungeoneering as not being a skill)... Using your personal skill and knowledge of dungeoneering (not the Tip.It guide - as I personally added most of the answers there), try those. It's just not what the community was used to.

Naw, just the standard. When she gets enraged, her defense seems to stay the same but her attack sky rockets. I'm going to go there with both blood and ice barrage and see: - How many attacks cause her to enrage. Call this number x. - If you can do x-1 blood casts, and then a couple ice, and then continue with blood. Will try it once I can get a set of my virtus back from PvMS. >.<

If it worked in Virtus I'm sure it'd work in Sea Singer. :P.

They've also "fixed" her magic strength. We're headed there now, so we'll let you know. Edit: The minions spawn times have been well over doubled, so prayer may be an issue now. Blood barrage is a bad idea, but ice barrage and soul split seems to work. We're going to try and find ways around making her enraged - such as a few blood hits followed by the odd ability or something. When she gets enraged, she hits harddd. Ranged (ascentions) with a unicorn seems to do alright. You need the odd monkfish from a drop, but food drops handle that easily. Edit 2: Backup food for ranged (2-5 soups) is also a good idea. She can combo hard now.

Actually, over the past few days I've had several people try to crash me at Sara with drygores, me using magic and momentum. They couldn't. Could be because I go with a steel titan though. Range doesn't hit well compared to magic. With JJ there, I think I got about 20-25% of the drops, though I was on an account with 96 summoning (he had a steel titan). I was using abilities, he was momentuming. Though, we did get 6 shards, a whisper, a murmur, a saradomin sword (which still looks like an SGS), and an armadyl crossbow. None of the drops to me (though split with me), so not added to the list. :(.

So am at Sara right now testing ascensions and max range. It does really nice... But I'm invisible to all players. Started hopping and crashing people - They could only see my familiar. They couldn't see the text above my head but it appeared in chat. Fun night.

Was still waiting down at TDs where you logged. I figured you got DDoSed again. You're not dead, but not in a safespot.

Not too concerned about the GP - I'm just dreading when the sword and whisper are the last of drops needed and it takes me hours to get. :P. Might to take out my anger on some KK or Nex. Maybe see if Ambler's down. :D.

Did Saradomin today. Another 2K KC. I got a Saradomin Sword, DCed, managed to right click it, when I managed to get back on, it was gone. So in something like 4K KC, I've gotten a few shards and an effigy... And a whisper that I missed.

Real life pictures - 4
Step-dad's 50th. Had quite a bit to drink - so this is one of the only (appropriate) pictures: M and myself. She's not too impressed about the sun in her eyes. >.<

Crossbows glitched (Really?)
It's not the off-hands using any ammo. The way Jagex coded it, when calculating damage, it only checks if you have an off-hand equipped, not what that off-hand is. I'd expect this to be fixed quickly, though. That's true and isn't just a rumor.

04-Jun-2013 - Order of Ascension
For anyone interested - at the time of this post they are 360M to buy. I'd imagine that they would drop to the 100-200m mark? Can't see them holding that high a value for long - only think aiding the price longevity seems to be keystone rarity and the drop rate, although both seem to have been boosted since the update release? No they haven't. They just improved their normal droptable. The keys is so to speak on a 3rd wheel. Imagine 3 wheels. The first one is their normal drop table. Here there are some places which will unlock access to the second wheel. The Random Drop Table. If you hit on the first wheel access to the RDT then you'll receive a drop from the 2nd wheel, the RDT. The ROW effect is that it lessens empty spots on both these wheels. However it doesn't affect the 3rd wheel where the keys are located (and the Signets.) I imagine price of ascension bows can be somewhat relative to the zaryte price. Zaryte was one of the best range weapons and held a price, AFAIK, of about fluctuating between 100-200M. The ascension bow is better, however you can have two (once they fix dual wielding). So I'd assume they'd settle a fair bit higher then the zaryte did. At the time of this post, they're selling instantly for 349.5M.

Well... I went to Saradomin. Am still there. I checked my adventurer's log. I got a whisper. Must have been too into my movie to see it. -.- I did pick up an effigy though. :D.

I haven't the slightest what you're talking about. :P. Hi. ^^.

Don't you think they'll fix it, though? And when they do, I assume Asc bows will hit the roof.

amazing for nex; that is, provided you ignore that thing she periodically does over her head. Because I'm totally incapable of doing a 4 way switch and using drygores for a minute. ;) Well, I did the stupid thing of leaving my offers for 400M in overnight. Got 'em, but they're down to 310M S now. Lol.

Seems silly paying for 50% of the main-hand. Maybe if Jagex made the off-hand require only 3 of the 6 signets. Eh, my offers are in.
