It was a technical issue. Blame @MageUK - that's what we do. It has all been sorted though, AFAIK. I would say to keep an eye on Tip.It's Facebook and Twitter when these things happen, but unfortunately this time we couldn't access the tools we used to update those, and I don't believe anyone with access was online. Lol.

If making them resulted in profit, everyone would train it cause a mass of them being sold on the GE and therefore causing the price to drop. Gathering skills are meant to profit, not skills like Herblore, Cooking, etc. They already take no work o train - if they were also profitable, every Joe Blow and his dog would be maxed.

We do try to keep all scripts on XP-Waste legal. I know there are non-public AHK bots out there (the thieving one being most widely used), but people will/were not get banned for something like pressing a button to sell 50 arrows to the smuggler - though it is against the rules (as stated above, 1:1). The reason I say they won't be punished is because so long as the people using it aren't moronic, not only will it not be flagged, but it's not severe enough. Though I do know that Jagex's systems have handed out unjust bans, a few of them been to really good friends of mine. :(. None from this instance though.

Well, that depends entirely on your definition of cheating. I don't get butthurt if someone shares an account and therefore getting faster XP then myself. I don't see that as cheating. You can't really give a damn about that when someone can spend a couple of dollars on the SoF and get faster XP rates then you ever could. I don't see it as cheating if someone who's literally incapable of getting their own firecape or doing a specific quest and has someone else do it for them. Apparently you do. My progress and feeling of self-accomplishment in RuneScape has nothing to do with the player beside me. And yes, if Jagex has a "rule", knows the names of specific people breaking these "rules", they even knowingly talk to both account owners on said accounts, and they themselves don't give a damn, why wouldn't I use it? The only reason they have that "rule" is so that when someone gets compromised because of it they can say, "Well, we told you so."

Jagex's reasons for account sharing being against the rules was account security and the unfairness to other players. Recently their take on account security has been, "It's up to you," and I think we all know their ideals of fair gameplay went out the window with SoF. But hey, it helps for things like when people can't get their own firecapes. ;). This. I know of multiple account sharers and can confirm 100% that Jagex also knows about them - they don't care.

Every god-specific drop you get, you get a book with it. If you pick it up, you'll never get it again. Funny thing is, even if someone else gets a god-drop, you still get the book as a drop. Is good for when people try to fake drops or if I'm duoing with JJ, IK we got a drop before he says. And another shard 3 and: And with that... Muahaha. Going to AFK Bandos until I get 99 Magic on another account. Started it last night and got 2 helmets (one lootshared to JJ), and a warshield. Altar teled for the night last night, so going to log back in and continue. :). Edit: So far got another helmet and warshield...

I figured at first that he had a strength against range to make him invincible toward it - but little after the minions died I hit a few times for 1-2K+. Was really strange. I may try again later, but will bring magic is a backup.

Nope, no hardmode. I walked in, immediately got owned because it wasn't soul splitting due to not hitting. It was attacking, just no hitsplats on him and his HP remained full.

Like... No hits at all. I had all the minions killed from ricochet before I was able to even deal 1 damage. But a little after they all died, I was able to hit a good 7 times before range wouldn't touch him again. It was like he was invincible.
