  1. Back when I was a kid I used to have many nightmares, but one day I manage to wake up in the middle of the nightmare. Of course, that was really liberating because I thought no dream could scare me anymore. Some days later I was having another nightmare, and I tried to wake up as usual, but I couldn't. It dawned on me that the nightmare wasn't a dream, and I was completely sure it was real. It was one of the most terrifying moments I've ever had. Yeah, I remember having nightmares when I was younger and been able to wake myself from them, not that I had them very often. But the single, most frightening dream I've ever had was when I was about 16. I dreamt that I was at a park which was just down the hill from where my famliy used to live. I was down there at night messing around, then out of nowhere a UFO appear, and I just froze in shock and was paralyzed by the most intense feeling. Then some kind of alien started to walk out of the UFO, and I screamed out loud. I woke up fully screaming, bolt upright. I was shaking for the next 15 minutes... I've never, ever had a nightmare like that before, it was actually so crazy, I still can't get over how scared I was, and that I actually woke up screaming.

I can't say I've tried weed, I've been around people smoking it quite a lot, I actually quite like the smell, but I hate normal cigarrette smoke. So I've never actually tried it, not really sure why, I just really haven't felt the need to but it's not like I'm against it. Though I have seen it mess people up, I have a friend who is now a complete pot head, he's been going downhill for the past few years. He is naturally very intelligent, but this year has dropped out of Uni after he stopped turning up to classes to drink and smoke pot all day instead of going to class. I'm not sure about RPG's stance on drinking though, I guess that is partly to do with the "drinking culture" we have over here.
  3. Wow that dragon is so amazing. I think ym favourite part is the detail and shading of the wings.

Wait. What the hell? You guys don't have Doritos? Hell yeah you should buy some! Things are friggin delicious. No wonder your country isn't fat yet! I jsut assumed all fatty American food was internationally sold. Yes buy some Doritos. Especially the nacho cheese ones. mmmmm. Lol our country isn't fat... http://www.moh.govt.nz/moh.nsf/indexmh/obesity-key-facts Yeah, we have stuff like KFC, and of course fish and chips (and beofre Mageman is tempted, "fush and chups".
  5. Haha yeah that's always good fun lol. A guy in my cricket team took it pretty far the other week, he pretended to hook up with me, so I went along with it and he actually ended up fulling kissing me...Be were all pretty drunk tho tbh. Yeah that's my confession for the week.
  6. I keep getting woken up early (7-8am, early for me) so I keep going back to sleep for an hour or so and remembering parts of my dreams. This morning was something about running from the law and hiding in cars and stealing them...something...something. I might post if I get a better one I can actually remember.
  7. Haha I was thinking the same thing... Wait, so two miles is 3.2 ks, so that's like just over 4 minute k's that seems ok, but why are you asking if that makes you strong?

Haha nice, this is why I'm glad I don't live in Aussie, with the all posionous [cabbage] creepin' round.
  9. Go on... Well I wouldn't recommend Sociology, cos even if it does focus on Microsociology you really aren't going to learn much about male - female social interactions, you'd have to get quite far in to start looking at that kind of thing. Psych would be much better, though to make a career out of it you'd need to get a masters at least. Yeah, I've found Philosophy to be really good, I've been thinking about adding it in as a minor to my degree.
  10. Just started, but gonna listen the Pink Floyd - THe Wall, as in the Album

Freud would say you wanted some feedback on the work you put into that doodle, and is why you handed it :P. No, Freud would say it really means he wants to screw his mother. While eating skittles. [hide][/hide] You think you've got it bad? Look at Florida... I'm not sure I understand what I'm looking at here. Took me a while, but the lines represent latitudes. In the original one, it's showing that the tip of California is at the same latitude as parts of like Minnesota and South/North Dakota, places where it's quite cold at times. The second line lines up the bottom tip of Florida with part of Alaska, as Alaska has been dropped down to the bottom corner. Going by where the latitude lines are, those areas should have similar temperatures. Since the picture shows Alaska and Florida on the same red line, they should have similar temperatures, aka Florida should be really really cold. But it's not, cause Alaska isn't really there on the map, it's way way up north. See, it's funny cuz the map is wrong. Ha. I figured that for California, didn't really get the Florida thing. I think too rationally. "Alaska's not really there, it was just a coincidence". But it wasn't, was it? That'll teach you to assume, won't it, you sonofa[bleep]? Well it doesn't really matter anyway because those lines don't really represent latitude (if they're supposd to they do a pretty bad job) because those lines are straight, and we all know that the earth isn't flat. And as someone mentioned before, there are so many factors that influence climate, not just latitiude. Sorry, Geographic matters :ugeek:nerd
  14. So you've never even met her? Cos that would probably be a good place to start, get your cousin's GF to organise a get together/chance to hangout, obviously with the both of them cos it'd be a bit awkward hanging out if you'd just met...Doooo it maaaaan!
  15. Is hear Gold as awesome as Gold/Silver was back in the day? Last year I bought a DS lite and Platinum when I had a craving for Pokemon, but I got over it pretty quick and sold it, so my opportunity to play HG has passed me by.
  16. Nice work, but what song is the inspiration drawn from? I'm guessing the last part is Van Halen - Jump?
  17. Lol thats awesome.

Only 2? Well it seems liek a fair amount, but not an overly outrageous one.
  20. hahaha, I had a good hearty laugh at the responses to my post. Gratz to JeffWilson for being slick as hell Sounds like we're all in pretty good places at the moment. Shall we go enjoy ourselves for now? I feel like getting laid. Thanks, I'm pretty smooth  Lol nah, it was one of the situation where you can tell that a girl is keen on you (I always find it pretty hard to tell whether or not girls are flirting) so you know you can move in for the kill without fear of rejection.
  21. I've listened through The Sufferer and the Witness in it's entirety about 100 times since I got my laptop a little over a year ago. And before that it was basically all I listened to for about 3 or 4 years. I also have about 80 or so listens to all their other albums, minus Appeal since I don't love all the songs on that album like I do their other ones. So yeah, I know where you're coming from. I don't have the notes memorized since I don't really do the music stuff though. I'm the same way with System of a Down :twss: I feel like I know what someone else is going through now :ohnoes: Yeah I used to them a lot too, but that was because I really liked the music... I think?
  22. OMG Lego Island! That was one of the first games I ever had, that was awesome! I used to love building the cars and boats and racing them!
