Range training
Range is like melee; Train on anything you can 1-hit, so if you can hit an 8 then yeah go for cows. Or, just stick to goblins/chickens until you can. I find that chickens are good experience anyway :).

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I can't afford to buy it (and, at the moment, don't really want to buy it) but my brother borrowed it from Blockbuster. It is quite a good game from what I saw, but I don't play borrowed game. Buy it for me and that's a different story. ... So, how is it? :P

What video game has influenced your love of video games the most?
I have a few games. 1. Pokemon Crystal was my first Pokemon game. I remember releasing my Cyndaquil out of curiosity, so I caught a hoothoot, trained it to level 100 Noctowl and owned the etire game. Yeah, it is now my favourite pokemon out of them all (Noctowl is just ownage!). 2. Dead Space. My favourite game of all time. You might have heard this before, but I can't get enough of it. Scariest game ever made tbh. It made Alma crawl back into her hole/well/programming code :D 3. Spyro/Crash Series. Were a lot of fun for me as a wee lil' lad (around 3-5). Lotsa guaranteed fun, and Spyro the Dragon has my favourite game music of all-time. 4. Runescape. Without it, I wouldn't be here! My favourite MMO of them all. I've been thrown a lot of adversaries (WoW, Guild Wars + Expansions, EVE Online...) and I come back for more everytime. I delibrately downgraded myself to RSC because it is even better than RS2 for me, so that's saying something. There you go, my list. I can't pick just one game, thats like saying pick your favourite: ya mum or ya dad (cmon, you can't answer that). But yeah, I'll just leave now...

My final stats on the 22nd November, 7: 45PM, +10:00 GST: Since the 20th November I've gained the following levels: Attack: +5 Defence: +1 Strength: +4 Hits: +2 Ranged: +10 Prayer: +2 Magic: +10 Crafting: +11 Quests completed: Sheep Shearer Nearly all skills 10+! I'm going to work on Smithing, then Herblore/Agility afterwards. I don't know how to start agility and I have no clue on where to begin gathering herbs for herblore (Except Chaos Druids... but I don't know where they're located :XD:). Don't worry, I'll investigate and find out ;). I'll keep you all posted on my progress.

Okay, thanks for all the help guys :) Also just one more quick question, if I wear melee armour does it affect my range bonus at all? And is a shortbow worth it in RSC, or should I go for the longbow?

Animal Rights: Where Do You Stand?
If it breathes, it has a right to live. So, I'm against it. I particuarly rage at Japan when they go whaling of Australian shores :evil: makes me angry. The Government are [kitty] about the matter... Yeah, they deserve to not suffer, but we have the right to use what they provide and eat them; we are at th top of the food chain ;)

My cat died like 3 years ago, I'm not sure if I have any pics on my camera, if I do I'll upload them. She wasn't the best cat, but she was pretty cool. We called her Tilly, have no idea why. Parent's never explain that story very well. If I can get to a scanner, I'll scan some of the pics we have. She was pretty cute :).

Getting a six-pack
Ooooh thanks for this! :D it will definitely come in handy. I just tried some reverse crunches, they do work and are less tiring than sit-ups. Does wonders for your back as well :XD:. I'm also looking into other forms of ab exercises, and I'm also looking for a good nutritional guide so I know what I should/shouldn't eat for the 2 months I'll be training. If anyone has a nutritional guide that would come in handy, I'd be grateful :).

Getting a six-pack
thanks assassin and funfish, I'm writing up my exercise regime right now. I'll probably use a mixture of these techniques over a 2-month period, hopefully I'll see some results soon :). I will also curb my calorie intake, basically just trying to stay healthy, and I'll also try and jog more often. Hoping to have a solidly built stomach by next year (or even better, christmas :XD:). Thank you all for the advice :)

Yeah, the witless wonder is back with another question hahaha. Anyway, I'll get to it: How exactly do you train range on RSC? I have all the gear that I need, but I have no idea what to do, what monster to train on etc. I know it is basically useless in RSC, but I don't want it to sit at level one -.- so if you have any helpful info I'd be really happy if you'd share it with me. Thanks :D

Thanks for all the help Depresins :). I'm going to start, from tomorrow, following your advice. I'll also start doing some more sit-ups and crunches, just to tone it, although all I really want is for it to be visible. And if it takes a long time as you say dark, I'll just have to up the ante and get moving heaps more. I don't mind working long and hard for a goal, but I'll go the harder but shorter mile if necessary. Bring it on, world.

Mate, 6 weeks if you are lazy. Serious? Wow :P And I do jog, just not enough. I think I'll start upping my daily jog from now on, eat less and try and live a bit healthier. Thanks for all your help guys :)

Getting a six-pack
I'm currently 5ft 3". I'll have a look into some cheap gear but as of now I'm not shelling out anything. I have all my body fat basically packed onto my stomach area, it isn't sloppy fat or anything but I have to be in a certain position to see my abs. I'm assuming that I'm not far off a visible six-pack (I will have to lose a bit of weight though) so I'll have a look into the swiss ball and cardio, hopefully within a year I'll see some good results... If anyone else has any info, I'd be grateful :)

age, current height, current weight, available equipment, available funds, available time. Give us information. Long story short? Cardio. You dont need to do hundreds of crunches. You just need a low body fat percentage 14, 120lb, no equipment, not buying anything, plenty of time. I'll have a look into cardio

99 Fletching is a monster cape. It just resonates aesomeness. *Rawr*. Haha, good luck with 99 Mining, it is a really good skill. Currently my favourite skill on RSC actually... Ah, I'm getting my stupid ideas again. Anyhow, keep going strong :).

I am currenty going for a six-pack. Now, I need some good information on this. I am well built everywhere except the stomach, and it is pissing me off how much it stands out. Basically, I need some good information on getting a six-pack. What I really need to know is: Effective exercises A good guide for a diet plan Any other advice Thanks for any help :)

You can find my workout a few pages into the thread. I only focus on keeping my strength, not building it. I'm strong enough already, I don't feel like been the big kid in my grade or any of that crap. But, if you could improve my workout let me know :). EDIT: I am currenty going for a six-pack. We lost our game, but I got man of the match for getting their opener out. He was in the entire first innings and second innings, till I went in to bowl (I was sick the previous week) and got him middle-stump after 5 balls. I bowled two no-balls previously though, not very proud of that but it was all forgotten when I got the last wicket of the game. We finished at 10: 30 because of the heat, and playing on was pointless. We didn't want to bat, they didn't want to bowl, but we weren't going to win. So, a loss to us. BUT, that doesn't matter. I was proud and we played quite well I reckon :).
