I don't do much working out and I reckon I'm pretty big for my age (14). I suggest the following, it always helps me out to build up a little arm muscle. I do these in a certain way so I stay fit and keep up my strength, so they aren't strength-intensive, but they should do the trick. By the way, I don't own any sets of weights or exercise machines at all, not even those little 1Kg aerobic weights. Yet, I still get some good results. I start off with some push-ups, often my legs are propped up on my bed. I do 20-50 of them, although I can go up to 150 if I have to. I then continue on to just push-ups, no support on the bed, with one hand. I do 20-25 on each hand. Then, I will do some sit-ups, about 30-40. I have a certain way of doing it to get the best results, its really wierd and hard to explain. So, I'd stick to around 20 to start off with then build your way up. I am in no way a fitness expert, and these aren't guaranteed to give you some great results, but its what I personally do. How can you say it isn't real? Honestly it's a bit obvious it is happening. And no don't tell me its a natural cycle; we didn't have cars back when "Jesus" was born (just an example). So, no, we are speeding up the process of global warming and we should stop. Why would we try and prevent a cleaner, better world anyway? I don't believe the few scientists that carry on about the big hoax. The media shouldn't blow it out of proportion, but it is obvious that it is a major threat to our planet and our society/economies.

Yeah I guess you really have to of followed RSC to get into it... I've been following it and picking up fragments of its history since about 2005 when I started, so when the reopened it I was practically worshipping a little statue of Andrew Gower :XD:. Well, the game is definitely different. Grats on the levels ;)

My final stats on the 20th November, 8:26PM +10:00GMT Since I started the blog I have gained the following levels: Strength: +1 Hitpoints: +1 Prayer: +1 Cooking: +7 Woodcut: +12 Fletching: +5 Fishing: +10 Firemaking: +7 Thieving: +2 I'll try and make a post like this every couple of days. I'm currently focusing on all skills 10+, then I'll go back to mining and get some cash, then train my combat. After that I'll continue working on all skills, attempting for all skills 20+. I love hearing about the history of RSC. Kinda sad though, everyone left and the once vibrant game kinda just died. Hopefully that with the new release enough people will get into it to make it worthwhile to Pk. Another clan might even get started up :)

Magic is quite fast on RSC from what I'm seeing, once I start training it (probably later on today I'll get back to you on it. Buying runes from the stores seems a bit troublesome though. Apparently they only have a stock of 30? If so getting all your runes is going to be hard unless you have some cash to burn. Noone is gonna sell there runes lower than the store price in Draynor I'm pretty sure of that... As for range, I'm just as confused as you are with the arrows/bows/armour :P.

Yeah, I need some help training combat. I have no idea what to do now. I have the following stats: Att: 15 Str: 16 Def: 15 HP: 17 I got no idea what to do. I was training on cows up to these stats, I'm not sure whether to stick to them or not. I am aiming for 60 combat right now, so if anyone has any ideas up to and over 60 combat I'd really appreciate hearing them :)

Happened to me when my main (nerdboyxxx) was hacked for a brief period. I was playing on my noob, minding my own business and some idiot goes "Noob, I am Zezima". Of course he was only level 43, and during that time it was obvious Zezima had quit. After telling him this, he said "Well I lost the password". :XD:

I'm quite happy that you could come out with such sensitive info so openly. Keep on going man. I'm not going to tell you not to quit, but don't quit just because your parents are hating on who you are.
