Frugality and Extreme Couponing
I apologize - poor wording. I should have said the things that aren't on sales (generic store brand goods) can often be cheaper than the discounted figures of the arbitrarily inflated name-brand goods.

Please clarify - I don't quite understand your point. Do note that I'm talking about the economy as a whole, as opposed to discussing individuals.

People fail to realise that sometimes, things are cheaper whilst not on sale. Hmmph.

Could you highlight which part? I didn't scan through it, so I probably missed out any fallacies prior to publishing.

The problem: Stagflation. In the UK, the savings rate is approx 0.5% interest whilst the inflation rate is 5%.

In the specific case of Armadyl Runes - I'm sure it does. If the only method of acquiring an item involves a faster rate of consumption of said item, then there will be a net loss. However, thankfully this is not the case.- A game everyone loves!!!!

Are you talking about tea/coffee stains? I found that the best whitening toothpaste + a little washing liquid works a charm (Colgate total worked fine for me). My parents used to soak stained stuff in sterilising fluid, but they realised that it's silly because it ruins the gloss. If you're referring to dried bits of food/drink - that's easily dealt with by soaking it in boiling hot water and washing liquid. It may take a couple of hot water refills for very dried bits of food/drink, though. Unless I'm mistaken. __ OT: I regret procrastinating on my revision.
