From a programmer's point of view, unless jagex did something *really* weird with items, cracking a christmas cracker creates a new partyhat item. You can have two mice physically plugged into your computer, but they will both control the same "cursor" if you're on any normal operating system(windows, linux, mac, bsd, etc). I don't know of any OSes that allow you to use multiple cursors, but that sure would be useful! ~Net180

It WOULD make alot of sense that everything is put on one central plane. Why they did it, i'm not quite certain- but i don't think it would make editing the maps any easier. Hey all. After buying a whip from green dragons, i'm getting tired of a mere 100k/hr and having to constantly run from revenants, and tons of people have reccomended Avansies to me. So, i'm going to try it. Heres some info on me: Levels: 77 Atk 77 Hp 70 Def 70 Range Stuff i have: Full blk dhide Rune c'bow Whip Obby shield 350k, but i can get another 500k or so if required Can i do avansies? After having used both extensively, i vote longsword for a number of reasons: - It is more accurate.. i just HATE zeroes - The strength bonus is better.. Gatta love those 25s - The spec is better.. I'd rather hit MUCH higher than end their protection prayers for a mere 5 seconds! - More versatile.. you can slash or stab! I can live with a slightly slower speed. Looking in an old file of calculations, i think d scimmy gets 5 hits for every 4 d long hits. If one of those d long hits is a special and the randomizer is taken out, dragon longsword should do more damage over the course of the fight. Also, because of it's less accuracy, chances are the d scimmy will hit more zeroes than the d long, furthering the longsword's lead. For training however, i vote d scimmy. ~Net

Hm.. Wouldn't it be unfair since not everyone has access to a utility like mousekeys? For example, is there an equivalent on Mac and Linux? On the BSDs? On OpenSolaris? ~Net

After looking in some notes i made to myself from when i used to play runescape, i made some money killing Green Dragons, and bought an abyssal whip & dragon platelegs. After playing some clan wars free for all and losing some of my items in the new full-world pking system, i'm gettting kind of bored. What kind of things would be fun to do for my level? I get this all the time on ubuntu. Usually because i've run out of RAM or something.. Make sure you clear your java & browser cache, and close any unnesicary background programs/other tabs down. Usually, just restarting the browser(or your computer- gatta love windows) will fix this problem. -Net
