Get a better cape (fire cape/kiln cape/skillcape (t)). Use a berserker/warrior ring unless that is a Dstone (i). Cannoning is still worth it if you can keep yourself alive. I don't really know what task you are doing, so you will have to figure that out yourself. Slayer inventory still looks like ~10 prayer potions, 1 super set, and other supplies that you may need for the task.
