In other news the infrastructure in the land that I had bought from sere is now finished.... Citizens are being encouraged to move there and companies are being encouraged to set up shop there as we institute SEZ's (Special Economic Zones) and relax the restrictions (albeit slightly) on factories there. They will be given a specific dose of nanites that have an added function: When given a radio command they seize up in all veins and arteries for 5-10 seconds to essentially knock the subject out.
