Got onboard graphics? Take out you're GPU and try that. If not, I'd reformat. (If you've got Photo's/Important Documents try and get a PC tech to try the HDD on their PC's, and get the remaining DATA of it)

Uhm... You can run a 9800gtx+ on 450w with a quad cpu and some hd's. <- Try O/Cing it. 650 for new cards? You could run 550w with a 9800x2 +quad without any problems. 9800GX2 is an old card. New E.G. Nvidia/AMD/Intel are going down in manufacturing-size on their chips every year, they will consume less - not more (ok maybe when the 16 core cpus come it will be another thing, but that's nothing to worry about now). It's not tactics. It's just clicking on ice blitz then spec 2-3 times. But keep rushing, EVERY day I see a person lose Ahrims/Karils and sometimes Bandos as well. Yes they are lvl 120-130s that get downed. So guys, eventaully you WILL fall. Go varrock square if you fell like rushing. Thats what I do since its a N honour area. Thanks guys :)

Rush all unsuspecting people so a lvl 120 can sneak up behind you, and DBOW/Void spec ya, then give ya 'all a good whack from behind with a GS for free ahrims/fury/zring..
