  1. I had 0 black marks on my previous account, this was several years back now. I decided that I would use software which would track my mouse movements... me believing this would work decided to use it to fletch my way to 99, besides, I was making around 100,000gp back then via yew longs. Low and behold... I decided to do a spot of fishing in Catherby (manually) to take a break from Fletching and for some odd reason I got logged out, naturally thinking my internet was playing up I checked my router - all was fine - so I logged back in and it had said my account had been banned. Apologised and made a statement which was a personal apology and still remained perm. banned. Did I deserve it? Hell yes I did, I now realise I shouldn't have done it and I have never used 3rd party software to help me do anything my current account and I've surpassed myself in Fletching and every other levels. I don't think my account deserves another chance, besides, this account is so much better.
  2. The only time I remember something 'drying' up was with the new Prayer-X update. I couldn't get D. Bones to save my life.
  3. Hello all! I am Libertherme/Duane. I've been playing RuneScape for several years now and I've always enjoyed the game. My old account got banned due to me macroing, so I decided to make a new account and Libertherme was born! I've been meaning to do a blog for quite some time now, but I've never gotten around to doing so. I am 18 years young, I go to college and do a lot of weight training. Whenever I level up I will upload the picture and put it in its corresponding place. Agility (56-65) Construction (42-55) Cooking (68-80) Crafting (59-75) Farming (51-55) Fletching (90-99) Herblore (57-60) Hunter (63-80) Mining (62-70) Runecrafting (39-60) Smithing (59-70) [hide=Level Ups][/hide] Thieving (53-80) Woodcutting (70-85)
  4. Slowly but surely edging my way to 99. :
  5. I think that "Dogs of War" is an E. Egg of Pink Floyd's song. It has a very similar intro.
  6. Most of the time I leave mine off, but if I ever have the music on I must admit: I quite like the ones from Lumbridge and Draynor. They fit into a medieval theme, which is good. I remember when I first ever played the game, the track from Lumridge never left my head and I personally thought it was a great opening music track to pull the player in.
  7. Come on Bassman! You can do it, baby! \
  8. Getting any 99 is impressive enough, don't feel 'let down' or 'put off' by other people saying it's common or it's nooby. You clearly enjoy the skill enough to get it to 99 so go for it. And I see that you're happy getting your 99 - the way it should be. Congratulations, mate.
  9. I personally loved Slayer, it was my favourite skill in the game so the levels came naturally for me. But no, it's not exactly 'easy', just very slow and time consuming. But with that comes increasing wealth, well worth the input. \
  10. Whatever makes the most money.
  11. Would someone give me some hints on a good inventory to take with me to these please, the equipment is sorted out. :)
  12. I like to wear gear which looks good but has meaning too; my gear, except the Amulet of Glory, all is obtained from quests or can be purchased afterwards.
  13. From reading the "Q&A" the Dragon Axe is 5-10% more efficient than the Rune Axe, so I assume that the Dragon Pickaxe would be at the same efficiency as the Dragon Axe in comparison to the Rune Pickaxe.
  14. I'm really enjoying the fact they're tying up all the loose ends and making the game more efficient.
  15. In all honesty, that does not seem like a bad idea. I like. =D>
  16. Not really. I've used both for about a month each, and statistically I'm hitting far more 20's with the scimmy, while I never hit a 20 with the whip, even with pots. And still, you guys haven't explained why such a MASSIVE price difference. Yes, someone actually has explained. The Dragon Scimitar can be purchased in a shop while the only way to obtain an Abyssal Whip is getting your Slayer to 85 (which takes a tremendous amount of time to do) and then killing that monster until you get the Abyssal Whip. To put it into simple terms: an Abyssal Whip is rare while the Dragon Scimitar is very abundant. And I've trained with both and I have NEVER hit higher with a Dragon Scimitar.
  17. Although it won't be issued in Quest 150, there WILL be, according to the Q&A, a Dragon Pickaxe. Perhaps it'll only be gained during a quest of some sort.
  18. In 2-3 years time... I'd atleast want 99 Slayer and 99 in all melee combat. Otherwise, I think after 3 years I'll be joining the army.
  19. I used to play several private servers but it was mainly just for fun, something quick and easy, somewhat of a mess about. The main one I played on was "IcePK" but I got bored and then focused on the real RuneScape, and I'm glad I have now. :) Overall, private servers are there just for a quick giggle and laugh, nothing more nothing less.
  20. Well said. :)
  21. Well done lads, although it wasn't the outcome the fighters wanted, atleast you tried. \ Well done Corruption.
