10% of the World's Muslims can reasonably be defined
Hunterowner replied to sees_all1's topic in Off-Topic
I'm sorry but can I have a valid reason WHY the world would be a better place without it? My beef with religion is the morality it imposes on not just its followers but everyone in the community. I have no idea if thats what FAUX meant but thats my personal opinion. I understand what you mean (and it is true). I was just wondering why he would single out one religion without backing up his reason. -

But on that same token, just as I shouldn't take my parents word for it, neither should I blindly take yours. -Note- I'm not saying you are wrong, or that you have bad intentions, simply that I don't tend to take things at face value. You're right. I should have said, "MOST of us don't." The thing is that 90% of Americans assume that if they see a Muslim, they're immediately a "terrorist." Which is something you've probably been taught, which is also frankly untrue. I won't deny there's some labeling of Muslims as terrorists, but I doubt it's anywhere near 90%. It's easier to think that when you're not Muslim. ;) Although it is probably lower. -

We don't. It's just another stupid stereotype. -

How am I supposed to get over it when I have a constant reminder?

I can see what you mean. Sometimes it helps to vent your problems. I'm sure she is looking for feedback, but the process of typing that whole thing up was probably a little relieving as well. And besides, seeing a psychologist multiple times = $$. Tip.it's OT forum = free. That made me grin. :P -

Yeah, who should expect symphony? As for who posts this on a game forum, this is off-topic - which means it has prerequisite of being related to the game in any way shape or form. "ZOMGOD I made a spelling mistake it was my fault plz forgive me I'm sorry" Still, you should go to somewhere that would actually give real help, like a psychologist. -

I don't get why you would say sorry when she chose to do what she did. That's like saying, "Yeah you're the guy who shot that guy, and now you're in jail. I feel so bad for you, I'm so sorry!" It's hardly like that. She's obviously going through a hard time. Yeah, it's her fault(mostly) and there's nothing we can do. Sympathy is helpful and free. Arrogantly assuming you're above having hard times in your life is rude and immature. I completely agree with you Racheya. The thing is, I don't feel that someone should do whatever they feel like, whether it'd be good or bad, then expect people to give them symphony. -

I figured. Considering you aren't exactly playing comp or anything though I would consider you a "randy" as well... Well, on the PC at least it's more commonly known as "pub trash" :P I'm not playing like one, so no. And i'm not interested in playing competitive, thanks anyway. fix'd He's right. Why's that? Tonnes of people say it. Not that I care about anyone's opinion except my own, mind you. :P I wasn't trying to argue against what you were saying, just that majority of elitist CoD players act all snobby and hate on other people for no reason. (Not saying you do :P)

Nothing happened yesterday. Ah well. try again tonight.

I'm going to do this again tonight and see what I get. Hopefully something cool. =D And Wongtong, thanks for believing me.

Obviously, point being? I stated my opinion, you decided to debate the opinion, then stated you couldn't win the debate. *confused* I was just replying to what you said, I didn't want to start a debate. Also, you couldn't win the "debate" either. Just saying.

I can't prove to you that I'm not, but I can tell you I'm not.

Then what are we "discussing?"

What would i gain from lying. =S

I lol'd. Someone has been playing a little too much runescape these days :XD: I had football practice the day before though. =P I don't believe you. I actually had a dream last night, involving cats again. Hence why I said people weren't going to at the beginning.

Some of you are not going to believe this. I say this now. I tried the method in the OP. It worked the first time, but I was a bit scared. I think since I was scared, I saw the letters LUCID but they were huge. They had creepy red eyes and long black skinny hands with 3 fingers. I thought it was kinda funny, so I began to laugh. The letters began to shrink till they were able to fit in my hand. I then squeezed my hand and they dissapeared. When they dissapeared, that made a huge noise and I woke up. Next day. After a good day of playing Runcescape, I wanted to try this again. I successfully got into the lucid stage again, and this time I realized I was in a familiar location. There was a herb patch and an odd looking plant in front of it. I realized that I was in Runescape, doing a FREAKING FARMING RUN. HOLY [cabbage]. I couldn't really control it, but I was picking the herbs, placing compost, and plaing new seeds. But that's not all. When I used my teletab, I felt as if I was being sucked through a different dimension and appeared somewhere else. The coolest teleport was the Ectophail. When I dumped it on the ground, I felt as if my feet were being dissolved and then I teleported. That's not all. Right after I planted my herb seed, I immediately appeared under the lighthouse where the dagannoth are. I think this was so because I had a task there the same day. It was so cool, watching myself attack the dagannoth. I felt little pinches when they hit me, too. It was awesome. Thanks, Wongtong. That was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I LOVE this game. it's so much fun. One of the best PS3 games out there. Sadly, it's not very well known.
