DOWNFALL vs PIRATES OF RUNESCAPE I declared on PoR a couple weeks back and we quickly agreed on a set of rules (see topic here: viewtopic.php?f=216&t=796470 ). Today we massed up and got ready for an expected tough war against PoR who beat us in our second ever TWR war back a few months ago. Once again, we had a terrible day pulling today, and mustered what we could. We didn't have the levels we wanted, but luckily PoR didn't pull many. It would have been interesting to see PoR at full force, against an equally strong pull on our part. However, today wasn't that, and with the numbers advantage we won fairly easy. Knowing PoR they were still going to put up a strong fight, that they did. They managed to kill 10 which is amazing seeing as they started with much less than we did. Our binds weren't as solid as i had hoped, and that combined with great tanking from PoR made the war tougher than i thought would be. Props to PoR for sticking in there with some great tanks (Shinn60 and others ;)). We managed to pull it off, with a sub par performance. Great job PoR, it was fun :). DOWNFALL vs THE ELEVENTH HOUR I declared on TEH a couple weeks back, and we agreed on a set of rules (see topic here: viewtopic.php?f=216&t=794733 ). Today we massed up and were eager to have a good fight. Prior to our war during our was we grew worried at our pull, as we only had 22 members on at our mass, but last minute log ins saved us again, and we entered the portal with 42 members. Sadly, TEH had a sub par pull today with only 19, which made it a much more easier war than we anticipated. We managed to ko our first pile seeing him in robes before TEH's initial pile on our dd. We kept going from there ko'ing many piles. Our binders were fantastic, not letting the pile move. It proved to be a quick war due to TEH's unlucky pull. However, TEH managed to kill to even with the severe numbers disadvantage. Thank you for the clean fight TEH, always a pleasure ;). DOWNFALL vs MASTERS OF DRAGONS MoD declared on us a little over a week ago, and today it finally happened (see topic here: viewtopic.php?f=216&t=795677 ). We knew MoD was going to out level us and we were hoping for a strong pull. However, we got our normal pull in the mid 40s range and started up nearly 20 to begin the war. We knew we had to distinct advantage to begin with and we faught hard. The war started off with the switching of kills. MoD did great at not getting ko'ed at all i believe, great job tanking MoD. But we countered that will some nice tanks on our side. We finally began to pull ahead and dominate the war. I want to congratulate MoD, they did extremely will considering they were way down in numbers, they still managed to kill about 15 of us. Thank you for the clean and respectful war MoD, i hop to do it again sometime. That has nothing to do with anything being said, if a rule is no multi clanning and is agreed upon by both clans then its a rule. However, you guys got the win gratz TK =D>

Downfall vs Night Killers We declared on NK a couple weeks back and the war day finally came around today (see topic here: viewtopic.php?f=216&t=793254 ). The matchup seemed very even by looking at our average pulls and combat levels and we knew we would be in for a tough fight. Thank you for the clean war NK, i look forward to another war in the future. We managed to start the war off with a fairly quick ko, and likewise, NK had some ko's to even the score out, which is where it stayed for most of the war. We traded kills most of the war until our fall in leader Amateurnoob provided us with an amazing tank to give us a little boost. With that i took the lead and reeled off a few ko's on their binders and we were back in the lead and never turned back. With quick piles on NK's binders they couldn't continue their fast kills and we began to dominate the war. There was great binding and tanking going on both ways but our pile selection in the end gave us the win. Downfall vs Polish Fighters We declared on PF a few weeks back and the war date finally rolled around today (see topic here: viewtopic.php?f=216&t=793253 ). We were having a lot of pre-war troubles and were very concerned about our pull, but luckily some last minute log ins gave us our confidence back as the war was set to begin. PF had a very nice pull as well and it looked to be like a very closely matched war. PF quickly narrowed the gap with some great ko's which brought the score to 37-36. However, we got it together and began reeling of a string of ko's with great leading by Amateurnoob. Our strong binding gave us quick and easy piles, with our snipe unit taking care of all of PF's binders. PF managed to narrow our binders which slowed our kills, but we managed with what we had, while PF couldn't bind at all. We took a commanding lead and I eventually took up the reigns and led us to our victory at 27-0. This was a well faught war by both sides.
