Impressive win HP :D

I was approached by an Alk warlord a couple weeks ago for a war which i gladly accepted (see topic here viewtopic.php?f=216&t=791456 ). I first want to thank Alk for adjusting the time of the war slightly because of a time problem we had with our earlier war against TR. Thank you for understanding ;). The war started with a slight edge to DF who held onto most of our members from the war against TR 30 minutes prior. We began the war with a brilliant ko on an Alk member who we saw in robes and we kept rolling from there. Props to Clay More12 for coming up big for the 2nd week in a row with an amazing tank that quickly gave us a commanding lead. Thinking our lowest level wouldn't be able to tank 30+ people, Clay tanked for a solid 5 minutes and suprised many. Our binding was unstoppable, and our fall in leader Amateurnoob led the entire war with ko after ko. Thank you for the exciting war Alk and we hope to see you soon ;). After many weeks of disputing over rules for a war, myself and TR finally agreed on a war (see topic here viewtopic.php?f=216&t=786115&start=120 ). There was a mix up in the times but we got it settled and were ready for battle. Both clans pulled very nicely, and TR outpulled us which was very suprising on our part. However, the 2 man deficit didn't stop us from getting ko after ko. After TR piled our fall in leader Amateurnoob, i took the reigns and led DF for a solid 10 kills all resulting in ko's. TR then shifted the pile to me where i tanked for a solid 7-8 kills which gave us a tremendous lead. Floginmolly7 showed up big with an amazing lead to finish out the war. Our binders were unstoppable, and our piles were too strong. Great job tDD you simply out leveled us and your range unit was amazing. We couldn't do anything and our binders were ko'ed so easily. Gratz on your win, you are a force to be reckoned with in TWR, good luck with your future wars =D>.

If we didn't then why would Jc agree to the rematch instead of just posting the win the first war?

As you see we agreed on the rule, it was broken, we offered a rematch, and you break another rule. Might i add on you attacked first in the original war also. One of the members you even added minutes before the war was to start as he was asking us as we massed to join so he could war, which was sad in itself.

No we have already talked to Jc about this problem which is why we rematched ;)

Wow this has gone far since i went to sleep :?. But all i have to say is this was a rematch, and last time we faught out the war after we knew the opposing clan had a rule break we weren't given the win, which is why we walked out this time. We could have taken the win in the first war but, just like Legendz we wanted to settle this war on the battlefield as well, which is why the rematch took place. But a second chance at getting the rules right didn't work leading to us drawing the line. All Downfall members please stop posting, we are just going in circles over the same topics.

When did i say i was tired? I have posted this four times now, the time shouldn't be an issure because I talked with Jc before accepting the HP war and cleared it with him. Also, when the time was approach 3 eastern (war time) i did pm Jc warning him about the current numbers in the war. I'm not sure how you can make these claims that we didn't or have knowledge of the past war when you havn't been active on RS.

For the third time now, the time shouldn't even be considered, as i talked with Jc before accepting the war with HP for the same date which he said would be fine. However, it ran over completely out of our control and was very unpredicted.

The actual leniency was provided when we agreed to a rematch after the first war resulted in the same thing as today. We gladly suggested this rematch as we don't want to end a highly anticipated war with a DQ. But after today when the same thing happened again we drew the line and decided it was time to move on despite our urge to want a nice clean fight.

The matter has nothing to do with flaming, but the fact that the start of the war was again disrupted. Legendz was supposed to dd and Downfall expecting this were caught off guard again by the Legendz attack. This wasn't a minor rule, its one of the most important.

Obviously df leaving and refusing to rm, means they didn't really come to war but came to evade the war and get an excuse to win. Lgz stayed 45 minutes to war df, df sees a bind and they leave. Kinda defeats the purpose of the word WAR in TWR? I'd understand if this was a close matched opt war, but lets get real here, this is the 2nd time we war, and its the 2nd time you are defeated. We already warred once, but because of the rule break then we decided to give it another shot today, which failed. We weren't evading anything just tired of constant rule breaks whent he rules were stated clearly. Again i don't really need to explain the time issue again as i did above.

I would say respect was given both ways in an actual attempt have a rescheduled war for today after the rule breaks from the first attempt on LGZ's part. But after the second try failed, i wouldn't classify our "walking out" as disrespect.

The numbers have nothing to do with the situation, but a 15 man lead to start isn't a guaranteed win :lol:. The problem here is the second straight war with a rule break on Legendz's side.

We didn't break any rule as i had cleared the war with HP before i even accepted it and both of us assumed it would be fine to fit it in before the DF vs LGZ war.
