For the third time now, the time shouldn't even be considered, as i talked with Jc before accepting the war with HP for the same date which he said would be fine. However, it ran over completely out of our control and was very unpredicted.

The actual leniency was provided when we agreed to a rematch after the first war resulted in the same thing as today. We gladly suggested this rematch as we don't want to end a highly anticipated war with a DQ. But after today when the same thing happened again we drew the line and decided it was time to move on despite our urge to want a nice clean fight.

The matter has nothing to do with flaming, but the fact that the start of the war was again disrupted. Legendz was supposed to dd and Downfall expecting this were caught off guard again by the Legendz attack. This wasn't a minor rule, its one of the most important.

Obviously df leaving and refusing to rm, means they didn't really come to war but came to evade the war and get an excuse to win. Lgz stayed 45 minutes to war df, df sees a bind and they leave. Kinda defeats the purpose of the word WAR in TWR? I'd understand if this was a close matched opt war, but lets get real here, this is the 2nd time we war, and its the 2nd time you are defeated. We already warred once, but because of the rule break then we decided to give it another shot today, which failed. We weren't evading anything just tired of constant rule breaks whent he rules were stated clearly. Again i don't really need to explain the time issue again as i did above.

I would say respect was given both ways in an actual attempt have a rescheduled war for today after the rule breaks from the first attempt on LGZ's part. But after the second try failed, i wouldn't classify our "walking out" as disrespect.

The numbers have nothing to do with the situation, but a 15 man lead to start isn't a guaranteed win :lol:. The problem here is the second straight war with a rule break on Legendz's side.

We didn't break any rule as i had cleared the war with HP before i even accepted it and both of us assumed it would be fine to fit it in before the DF vs LGZ war.

I never said a few more minutes but once it was a 4-4 match, i was updating you every kill and began massing the people not in the fight and getting everyone banked up and ready. There was no agreement on the time delay, and no Downfall official agreed on any time limits.

yes ill agree that we did- but jc and uffan worked it out, uffan even said earlier today before he left that last week doesn't count, so i don't see why he would later come on here and say completely different. It didn't count as in we didn't post it, although we could have. However, i would rather war without rule breaks which is why we rescheduled a rematch. But another rule break in the rematch :?.

Sad to see this happen but, i never agreed on a 15 minute delay, and never intended on the HP war lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes :cry:. However, the rules clearly stated the clan with less people attacks first, and this was a rematch from last time where i talked to Jc about the rules broken in the first war we tried. This was the second war resulting in a rule break, and we were pretty tired of it which is why we walked out. I don't know what rules mean anymore, but i do know a rule agreed on was any rules broken results in DQ. We kindly offered a rematch from the first war two weeks ago, and to come back and have it happen again is what got us. Hopefully you can see our point of view, and i'm extremely sorry about the delay on the war, but if you put yourselves in our situation we weren't going to stop our war which was nearing its end, or leave our fall in leader back in the other war and begin a new one.

This was another thrilling war with HP. About a month ago we had another amazing war with them and this one didn't dissapoint. HP started off on fire, eventually evening out the score when we each hit 30 opts. I personally sat watching the whole war because of a great pile and i couldn't even eat half an inventory of food :oops:. But we rebounded with the binding advantage, and smart piling. The war went down to the war and with a lucky DC but one of our members towards the end, it put the war at a 4-4 tie. Luckily we still had our fall in leader alive (all credit to amateurnoob for a brilliantly led war), and a slight levels advantage going into the home stretch. Our lower levels stepped up to the plate with amazing tanks to buy us time. A lot of credit to Kerrigo and Sir Mike991 on brilliant tanks. The war ended in a stunning 3-0 score, which is the closest war i have ever been apart of. I'm looking forward to warring HP soon, and have another amazing war. Good luck HP see you soon :thumbsup:. If you get a chance stop by the clan chat "downfall cc" in game and check out Downfall. We are a f2p clan wars based clan that also hosts many other skilling/minigame events. As you said in your previous post you would like to get to know the clan first. I would much rather you do so, than find out you don't like the clan and quit a few days later. Best of luck in finding a clan that suits you ;).

By the looks of the vid and the declaration topic, it clearly stated the clan with less people attacks. It appears TR attacked when Alk was supposed to be the attacking clan, so based on that i would think it would be a win for Alk.

First i want to start off with apologizing to TS for the dc to start the war, i heard the world was a bit laggy for you guys, i know what it feels like :|. But i do want to thank The Sabres for the fun and clean war that was put on. We declared on TS about a week ago (see topic here: viewtopic.php?f=216&t=792452). The war started off with nice tanking both ways and it was pretty even to begin with. We then began pulling ahead once the score hit 22-12 and never turned back. We had amazing binds today, and although The Sabres' tanking was excellent, the binding of our members prevailed.
