Nope, you get no message, no fireworks, nothing happens when you reach 200m, atleast nothing did when i got max hunt. It's a shame that nothing happens for Max XP i consider it a much bigger achievement than 99 :(

I think you should check your security system before complaining, people don't just go around guessing your passwords, you've obviously done something to let them do it like dowloading a keylogger.
