So since I got 99 summoning I've been wanting a dragon egg to raise. When I was slaying blue dragons I did this. Hidden for the F bomb [hide][/hide] I want a green but a blue will do for now.

They don't both actually work, do they? No, in fact, only deflect melee was enabled then. Just looked strange to me. Never try to change quick prayer/curses while climbing down a shortcut.

I just gotta say, I get way more immersed in quests when I smoke a little before starting them. I also don't go around spouting off about it to random people in-game. Anyhoo, this is from a while ago but never posted I don't think. My last elite was just crap.

Unless I've missed something important that I can't find I believe that the quote from the update page that reads: "More specifically, wearing a ring of wealth will slightly increase the drop chances of many rare items obtained from Slayer monsters and various bosses, as well as all clue scrolls." only means that the ROW only helps to GET a clue scroll. Doesn't seem to have any connotation that suggest that it helps with what you get from them, just like before. If i'm wrong someone help me out with a source or something. On topic Last clue I did before the ROW update, maybe one or two weeks old but since we're on clue rewards

The name sure sounds rushed. Über Uber Challenge Point? "Fantastic super good cape" contains nothing but real words but it doesn't mean its a good name. :wall: The ESPN link particularly puzzles me.

It's all just panic selling. Think about what the rare drops were before this update. 67 Nats, 100 Noted silver etc. How often did they really pop up? Not too often. The only difference now is that instead of worthless drops they're actually decent.

To be truthful, only if people actually start buying and selling stuff instead of just hanging out :-P . We'll see what happens after the update happens.

most of tif was proven wrong when the petition came out. proven wrong about what? World 2 fally? About free trade actually returning. Most people here were pretty cynical after the "vote as many times and you want and for whoever" debacle. And yet now here we are on the verge of old style ( the actual pre '07 wilderness and free trade cannot actually happen due to certain updates since then) pvp and trade. Of course most everyone recognizes that it was all a publicity stunt but I regress. OT: It'd be cool if a new w2 fally evolved out of all this. There really isn't any organization in GE w2 (not that I can see to be fair, I dont' go there often) comparable to the old Falador park. At the very least people will trade rares in the park maybe? Perhaps? Who knows at this point. And also I support GE clerks at certain major banks through out Gilienor.

What is the point of playing a MMO if you're going to step on everyone you meet? Just because you play an MMO doesn't mean that you have to really care for other people or what they think. I'm a lone wolf that started playing '05ish, knows well what it was like before all this trade limit/gravestone/GE stuff came about and just rolls with the punches that Jagex throws at us. I actually had to learn about the aforementioned changes when I came back after a break (during which the current system was instituted). Runescape is an escape for most from their real lives, yes, but last time I checked it's still a game that exists within the confines of the real flesh world we all live in. Even escapes will have unfair aspects and bleakness. That's the sad true of life and consciousness. Not that i'm saying being a nice person is a bad idea or waste of time (I try to be one as much as possible), but Jagex mods have stated themselves somewhere (don't ask me to find it because I don't really have the time) that in a game where someone with better stats than you will most of the time have better chances in succeeding at whatever you're trying to do, you must either: 1. Get better, or; 2. Get out. I guess what i'm saying is that you can be as nice as you want and there's nothing wrong with that, but if you expect everyone to do the same for you, you've got a big surprise coming down the line.
