No. Get all combat stats 92+. Not including summoning and prayer.

About 250k, depending on stats.

You can go to GWD if you like, but thats more about luck. You can stay there for 4 days and not get a single good drop :(. You should also have attack, strength, HP and defence at 85+ and a godsword. Otherwise, no real team will accept you.
