We were slumping long before todays war, besides we still pulled 35 for the war which is the cap that infinitone offered, 35/40 read rules parti.. Secondly, Infinitone read the declaration we offered all rules to u u came at us with a 27/35 cap, If you would really enjoy doing a full out against a clan with 51 members while you have 84+ then be my guest, if you want a better war next time please feel free to give us matched ;). Once again don't care about todays cap, just think i you want a better war do matched and dont worry about a numbers advantage as some ex-twr clans had to worry about.. BTW: at all the DV members saying expected, and attempting to troll, how is it possible to successfully troll a clan you have never won against, and troll against a clan you refuse to war.. #Downfall

So, I realize that the TWR rule is no multi-clanning within TWR, but it seems like a lot of clans are basically resorting to accepting recruits from Top 10 clans and other PVP clans to help strengthen their own clan. My questions are... How do you feel about multi-clanning: Do you consider it not multi-clanning if you are in a CWA clan and a PVP clan just because they are based on different categories of war? Do you believe that the TWR Multi-Clanning rule should be changed to not allow top 10 PVP clans to "give" their members to TWR clans? Do you feel this clans that allow multi-clanning really deserve the same respect as the clans that have earned their worth as a clan and without having to result in multi-clanning? Finally, Do you believe that these top 10 clans are just in the long run going to take over the CWA Clan and take their members for their own clan? EDIT: WITH THE EXCEPTION OF COUNTRY CLANS/TEAM OF COURSE

All I have to say about it is from my experience with past clan merges... Merges= Influx in members, but a few months later= mass leaves... Usually two clans will merge, they'll do alright for awhile, then later on the other clan wants their own clan back, and will mass leave, in this time prior members to the first clan may want to go with some of their friends that they made from the new clan therefore leaving the first clan in a worst state than they were in before.

I wonder if you have read the rules, you cannot participate in a clan/team war on TWR, its one or the other, I've never known anyone to choose team>clan, therefore teams just give extra wars. On top of that if we're getting rid of teams, we need to get rid of country clans, Goodbye Hp, Goodbye DH, there goes half of the TWR clans, at this point in time, I will see TWR as worthless, and I will pull Downfall out, bye bye most active clan 2009. If we go and all these country clans and teams go I can guarantee other clans will surely leave and TWR will become inactive. I think someone is trying to kill TWR. ^:thumbup: agreed- that said teams should be for playoffs etc- I don't see the need for them to compete in a rankings ladder :/ The thing is... this isn't 141, none of these teams on here even go anywhere near a playoff, these are rankings for people that have moved on from doing that, these teams aren't 141 teams they're legit teams you should redirect yourself to the memberlists of TKO and LND I'm pretty sure you won't see too many names you know from 141 playoffs. Taking a team off of TWR because they are a team is like saying Ninane can't be a mod because shes a girl... And a dang fine girl at that ;)

You are correct; we are not going to inundate people with events, shindigs, etc. There's only so much that people can handle at once! :P Content for our site will be underway shortly, we're starting CD events, the tourney is underway, etc. As for changing the stigma that Tip.it is a CWA-only spot and inferior, I think everyone--not just the staff--are doing their best to change this. I see quite a few people posting night out topics, pvp fight topics, etc. We allow PvP as a method of fighting in all our events (TWR and TICT). Short of grabbing them by the head and shouting in their ear, there's not a lot of things that can be done to speed up this transition. Word of mouth is and always will be, however, the fastest and most effective way of changing the minds of the misinformed. :P I can't believe what you just said. Loge managed to handle everything in TWR back when he was around, why can't the current staff do half the job he was doing? I didn't appreciate him all that much when he was around, but now that I compare the TWR during his time to the TWR I see today, I'm really beginning to miss him. Comparing TWR to W141 CWA isn't a stigma, it's a widely accepted view amongst the top 10, all of which are real clans. If you really mean what you are saying, then you would be trying persuade the top 10 to come over and join TWR, even if it means creating a separate category for teams. But I really can't see that happening, especially now since there isn't another Loge on Tip.it. So, are you calling LND, TKO BLITZ, 141 teams? Because I am sure either of those two teams can win against almost any clan here matched. I find this a false statement. If anything it's more of the "141 CLAN atmosphere that turns clans away, I won't mention any in specific, but hell even Downfall came out of 141, luckily we grew out of that phase and have become much better than most of our counterparts that came out of 141.

Whats happening to clans, particularly in TWR ? Members are leaving, joining top 10 clans. Have watched a lot of my friends who were from back of the day leave their clans to move on to top 10 ones, some clans however on TWR are honor based and don't allow multi clanning so they end up pulling out and giving up. Back when TWR had a lot more clans there were still only a base 5-10 that were actually active, TEH, LGZ, Mori, Por, Hp, BK, DH, and then Downfall once we came along. Also, a lot of my friends that have been in clans are moving on and focusing on their studies, whether it be in high school or college. So that takes a lot away from clans. Is the formation of Teams having a impact on Clans? Not at all, teams aren't taking any members away from a clan, clans > team. What can be a solution? No solution its a game.
