A note on the Avatar's exp boost (I don't know if this is common knowledge or not): it is applied to exp gained after bonuses like the SOF pendants. However, the bonus exp from the Avatar doesn't use up any of the charge from the pendant itself. You can only squeeze 3% or 6% extra exp from the pendants, which isn't very much, but I thought you'd find it interesting.

Well that's what you're getting... I got Turmoil! It's very exciting, it seems my kills are a lot faster now. I also finished the Falador Elite tasks with it too! I also got 86 Ranged while cannoning some tasks: Using 350K exp from the Promissory Note today, I got 86 Slayer: Currently about 95K from 87, so that will be coming soon.

350k exp would get you about 65ish DG I think, which is where you will find it easier to find teams for floors (which is 100% the best way to DG). Of course, you will need to learn the ropes at some point, and 350k exp is worth 35k tokens. It's up to you really; I'd personally do some DG first, get a feel for it and then decide.

As I speak, 200K from Turmoil - I'm getting close! Then I will complete the Falador Elite Tasks. :)

I did Maples and Papayas from ~90 to 99, and it didn't break the bank. Calquats are especially good, and do Spirit Trees once you can; the payments are easy to get and it's a big lump of exp. I have mine planted in Etceteria and in Brimhaven, for easy access to the bush patch and fruit tree patch, respectively.

Inventory: Elf crystal, 2 House tabs, Taverley tab (optional), Brimhaven tab, Ring of Duelling, Witchdoctor mask or Juju bag, 5 trees and payments, 6 fruit trees and payments, 1 Calquat tree and payment, Giant Ent (for extra fruit yield) Start at Lumbridge. Normal tree. Teleport to House, then Falador. Normal tree. Run to Taverley. Normal tree. Ring of Duelling to MA. Spirit tree to Gnome Village. Speak to Elkoy, then do fruit tree. Ring of Duelling to MA/speak to Elkoy again. Spirit tree to Gnome Stronghold. Fruit and normal tree. Spirit tree to GE. Normal tree. Teleport to House, then Catherby. Fruit tree. Teleport to HH. Fruit tree. Teleport to Lletya. Fruit tree. Teleport to Brimhaven. Fruit tree. Run south to Tai Bwo. Calquat tree. All in all shouldn't take more than about 12 minutes I think. Hope that helps! For Magics and Palms, you're looking at about ~140K exp per day I think. I personally did Poison Ivy bushes too as they were relatively quick exp, and a payment for Calquats. It's up to you though!

N0 Got a couple of levels and done quite a lot of floors in the past couple of days. I'm slowly getting towards unlocking Turmoil; about 4.5K Dragon Bones left to go I think. I got 86 Thieving will duoing with Mish: 102 Dungeoneering: I also bought my next Chaotic (CLS; I doubt I'll ever use it) for completion. I'm about 900K from 103 atm; doing my C2s should get me about 220-250K from 90 Fishing. Ezk got 120!@!@!@!@!@!@!@!@ I found a clone of me: And finally, 93 Prayer: I'm only working on Prayer at the moment, and also trying to recoup some of the money I spent on it as my cashpile is tiny.

The concept of sticking to any 'lore' seems to have been forgotten with a lot of the Solomon/Yelps-related updates. It's understandable that as time goes on, new parts of the lore are fabricated and added; however, a lot of the recent stuff seems to be a far cry from 'reasonable'. I'm not really too fussed; I won't be wearing the cape anyway but it seems a shame.

Oh, I've bought the Dragon Bones for Turmoil. :D

Not much to report on, got a Thieving level while duoing PP with Mush last night. 315k from a DG level, with all my floors open. Currently slaying.

I'm really looking forward to a new-look Al Kharid; I remember when RSHD was released and how amazed I was. What I'm not looking forward to is the inevitable drop in framerate...

All your new capes? :D Also, I agree with all of this removing some of the immersive aspects of the game. I really hope we never have to wake up to massive banners from Amazon, Tesco, Asda etc giving details of their 'sizzling summer deals'...

So you almost have as much DG exp as I have total exp. Either you have no life... or I have too much of a life \:D/

Is hex w/body noticeably better than w/o? I did. Stop working so much, thx. Haven't updated (again) in ages, kinda lost/losing? interest in RS atm. Maybe I'll regain interest, maybe I'll stop playing for a while, maybe I'll stop playing forever; we'll see I guess! Some news: I used up my gold and green charms to get 83 Summoning, and unlock a new combat familiar (Spirit Dagannoth) and the Lava Titan for mining. Now EoE has actually started caring for our citadel, we might get a mining plot - a different way to get mining exp I guess! I also got 90 Agility, marking one less skill to go! And from my first ever Abyssal Demons task, a whip! I know they're only worth ~400k, but it still seems like a significant milestone. If only this was 2007, between 85 Slayer and Mining I'd be rich!

Recent news: 85 Strength: 87 Slayer: 82 Summoning: Starting to use up my Golds and Greens to get me 83 Summoning, for the use of Lava Titan while mining. I will then continue to save my Crimsons and Blues until 90 Slayer, maybe.
