  1. Right now many monsters autoattack you if you are less than twice their combat level, but dont attack you if you are more than twice their level. Perhaps an extra check could be made with the slayer level of the player.
  2. Give her some Explosive Compound from digsite quest. If she asks what it is for, say "nothing, just drop it".
  3. About some of the suggestions above..... Rs is a MASSIVE MULTIPLAYER game. So any setup that allows you to train solo for lengths of time is against the spirit of the game. So forget all the rune rocks and magic trees and private forges. Its not gonna happen.
  4. After you agree to the marriage she wants a divorce and her lawyer demands half your money.
  5. I`d like several POH`s: First of all, you get your own personal island from the king of Ardougne, with the assignment to colonise it. Which means only advanced players get it. First house: farm (with farming 60), with several useful patches. Including a magic tree patch, and a home teleport spell that places you next to it. Second house: trade post (with crafting 60). Here you can meet an npc trader who will put up your offered goods and desired buys on the market and actually makes the trades (although asks some provision for this service). Third house: castle (with combat level 100). In the basement you can build more bankspace. Fourth house: wizard tower (with magic level 80). Here you have research labs for new herblore and spells. Getting the equipment for it is a nice new opportunity for (semi-)quests. Possible additions for wizard tower: -magic mirror. Teleport to anywhere on the map. The portal stays open so you can use it to go back. Fifth house: tree house (with range 80). Ideas?
  6. I talked to Lazim afterwards. He offered to teach me magic if I embraced Zamorak. I accidently clicked "no" and now the option is gone. Did anyone say yes?
  7. party hats don`t stabilize anything. Whenever one gets sold or bought, money gets moved from one player to another. No money is created or destroyed.
  8. Once you start using pouches, that require more clicks, wouldn`t it be more efficient to ammy teleport to edgeville after you are done mining essence, runecraft using the abyss, then tele to east ardougne and use the teleport from the wizard there? That saves you walking back to the bank and emptying/filling the pouches. Never tried it though.
  9. Its mostly low- and midlevel players that got banned. I was around position 3000 in the highscorelist (16xx skill total) last evening and I`m still at roughly the same position.
  10. Endless camping at dagganots was already possible. Just carry 20K cash and 100 noted food, sell noted food at general store upstairs, then buy back real food.
  11. Plus the dds is ultra cheap: 30K for dagger in lost city, and 25K for superpoison. I use it all the time hunting green dragons in wildy. Its low stats are compensated for by its higher attack speed.
  12. depends on how many stats you have on your own. If you are 1/1/1 melee you should use iron 2-handers because you need every bonus you can get. If you are 99/99/99 melee, the weapon speed (number of attacks per minute) is more important than the weapon bonus. P.S. I once killed a green dragon with 3 dds specials.
  13. I`ll stick with the werewolf agility courses. No pkers present and no water needed.
  14. Harder random events is not the answer. I figure that a bot could be programmed that just logs off in the rare case of a certain hard random event and logs in with the next account. Then once a day the owner of the bot logs in and solves the accounts with mysterious boxes etc. manually. Stuff like drunken dwarves and plants are probably solved on sound. Turn music off, and if there is sound then there is a random event attacking. Let the bot walk the character away for half a minute then come back.
  15. Jagex doesnt block IP addresses due to the possibility that more than one player plays on the same IP address, not all of which might be guilty. A player mod told me that.
  16. I look on ebay every few months or so just out of curiosity (how much would my account sell for if I would sell it, not that I want to?) There used to be quite a lively trade in RS accounts, RS cash, expensive RS items, hack and cheat programs, and guides on leveling and making money. But not any more. Right now ebay runescape is spammed to death by suspicious money sale companies who sell RS cash for rock bottom prices. Often only $7 per million, sometimes much lower if in large quantity. There are like 2000 listings, 98% is money sale companies. The other listings seem to have almost dried up, chased away by the massive spamming. The money sale companies seem to have the following things in common: -The sellers are all based in China -They all have approx. 10 feedback, all positive -of those giving feedback, they all have in turn either 10 feedback, no feedback or are "no longer registered". -Both the sellers and feedback givers look like they have a computer-generated name. EVERY listing gets sold. Often dozens of listings get sold a few seconds apart from each other ("buy now" option). Looks like the seller has automatic scripts running to spam ebay, buy the listings and generate feedback. It totals many hundreds of millions of RS money a day, if they were actual sales. I do not know whether this seller actually sells RS coins or not, perhaps he is just a scammer who runs with the (real) money after he gets it, and who hides his bad feedback behind tons of fake identities. I have no interest in finding out. Or perhaps it is somebody who works in a large computer centre, and lets hundreds of computers auto for him each night. Or perhaps he hires a bunch of Chinese school children to play the game for him for 3rd world wages (like $0.10 per hour) and generate lots of cash through fishing or so. Or perhaps he is hired by Jagex to kill the ebay market on RS through spam, if you like conspiracy theories. Most if not all of the listings have a link to a site where you supposedly can buy RS cash outside of ebay. I wouldn`t recommend clicking on any of them due to the risk of keyloggers. In the past I lost an account (luckily not my main) due to a keylogger a few days after browsing through several commercial sites out of curiosity. The keylogger was later found and removed by anti-spyware software but the damage was done.
  17. Bleh playing with blocks reminds me of kindergarten.
  18. I expect the price of cosmics to drop soon after the mage training centre becomes old.
  19. try a time when few people play. On weekday mornings Central European Time there are sometimes only only 300-400 people per server online, unlike 1500+ on prime time. And use the teleport facility from near the entrance to West Ardougne to the upper wildy. That saves a lot of time.
  20. Recently there was a big fuss on several sites about WoW having spyware. It has an obligatory program called "The Warden" that is supposed to hunt down "cheaters". Rumours are that it collects information from all programs that are running on your computer, including email, IRC and msn.
  21. total damage or damage in a single hit?
  22. There`s one thing I`ve always wondered: if several people kill a big bad monster together, who gets the drop? The first one who hits the monster? The one who gives the finishing blow? The one who does the most total damage? The one who did the most damage in a single hit?
