  1. Stalin was a bigger massmurderer than Hitler. So was Mao. Did you know that when the Germans invaded Soviet Union, more than 1 million Russians, and 1 million Ukrainians volunteered for combat duty in the German Army, to fight their own countrymen, just because they hated communism so much? Communism is as least as evil as National Socialism, just more hypocritical.
  2. > Ebay themselves know it's illegal I do not think that trading accounts or money is illegal. It is against Jagex rules, yes, but Jagex is not the law.
  3. I agree. Weapons should be rated in combat or hitpoint xp per hour, not max hit. The former is much more relevant when it comes to industrial slaughter.
  4. Ok, this thread is about Dharokking, but I want to add some non-Dharokking data for comparison (at least it is more on-topic than odd spellings of Cesium). I did training on Bandits in the desert. My attack/str = 91/95 non potted. Weapons/armor: whip on "controlled", glory ammy, warrior helm, full rune, cooking gauntlets (this was before I got culinaromancer gloves). Picked up bones and used bones-to-peaches spell for food. No picking up of any drops besides bones, and carrying a few hundred runes for bones-to-peaches. I timed exactly one hour, and got almost 16K xp in each of the skills att, str, def and hp, for a total of 63K xp. Should be more with culigloves. Dharok hits high, yes, but it also hits slow. Whip training advantage lies partially in high number of attacks per hour. And don`t get me started about the guy I saw training in full Dharok on chickens near Lumbridge.
  5. Go down into the cellar from where the cook is. The chest doubles as a bank chest.
  6. You were lucky. I needed 1 red, 2 brown, 3 yellow and 3 orange.
  7. > First of all, a new (less boring and possible to go AFK for a minute and still get exp) way to train mage Maging iron drags with antifire pot and shield. It takes about 2 minutes per drag in full mystic, a antifire pot dose lasts 6 minutes (set a timer). Not as fast as alching and less profitable but a lot more relaxed.
  8. 1. Birthday cakes! Use lit candle with chocolate cake. You can blow it out afterwards. 2. partyhats as rare treasure trail reward 3. auction house
  9. first post says: > snapdragon buy from other player, herbdroppers Unless they changed the rules, no creature drops snapdragon. It is made by farming or doing the Brimhaven agility arena.
  10. Mort Myre mushroom Bunch of grapes unopened oyster
  11. Iron 75 is waaay to high. I`ve killed about 500 iron drags from several slayer assignments, and only got 1 dragonite skirt.
  12. How does he get it back? If you change your password, he cannot enter your account unless he either gets it from JaGEx or you have spyware on your computer. In the last case, download a program called "Hitman Pro" (use your favourite internet search engine). It downloads 10 different free antispyware programs and runs them all (warning: this takes a few hours).
  13. The one who blows the cannon takes the deadliest damage himself (As always happen in explosive blows). So, in most cases the noob will kill himself first. So that would give a bit of danger. So what? Lately I get a kindergarten feeling from the new quests. You can f*** up as many times as you like, with no danger or penalty at all. The NPC`s just forget. And every step is explained in detail. I like the storylines but its aimed at little kids of no more than 8 years old and level requirements that any decent player passes after he has played a month or so.
  14. Tskolar wrote: > 66 or other similiar worlds such as 99 etc.. offer u 30-35k exp per hour. Really? I got only 20K xp per hour.
  15. requirements, lemme see: 42 agility - I overshoot that by 28 points 45 crafting - I overshoot that by 29 points 50 smithing - I overshoot that by 18 points 40 ranged - I overshoot that by 54 points Noob requirements as usual. Mebbee I ought to calm down on training, its pointless for quests.
  16. Playing RS is a life of its own. It can become a substitute for real life. If real life is in any way hard to confront, some people have a tendency to avoid it and dive into a substitute life. Playing RS is easy, real life can be hard. So once you are in RS, and go back to real life, it is an uphill struggle. My hint: whenever you feel you are sucked back into RS when you dont want it, look around you and notice objects in your surroundings (preferably objects not RS-related). Keep doing that until you snap out of your addiction.
  17. Whip is about as fast as a d skimmy but much better bonuses. It is the best compromise between attack speed and combat bonuses.
  18. What we need is an NPC merchant who buys and sells all the party hats in unlimited amounts at the current market price. That way nobody loses money, the partyhats stay a symbol of wealth but all the speculation will be gone.
  19. Problem is that due to prayer making invulnerable, and being able to eat 20HP sharks while fighting, making a hard combat is impossible unless you go with multi-attack monsters like KQ. Combat monsters would be a lot harder if 1) prayer wouldn`t protect 100% 2) eating is only allowed 10 secs after combat. It would make fighting a lot more dangerous.
  20. Still waiting for strawberry pie..... (I feed my character better than I feed myself).
  21. A program called "hitman pro" (google on that) downloads 10 different free spyware programs and runs them. Disadvantage is that it takes several hours to run. But your computer is very clean after that.
  22. I think the quests are the best part of the game. They are so much more fun than plain levelling. Also you usually get some cash and xp reward, which is a sufficient compensation for not being able to level when you are questing. Quests also bring various opportunities: access to more parts of the map, useful teles, new shops, items monsters and training places. I always make quests the number one priority in my game, and have always done all of them that I could do at my current level of training. Then I train for the next quest. Right now I have done all quests, 194 quest points. And waiting eagerly for the next quest.
  23. Only downside is that it takes about a thousand hours and dozens of millions in essences to get that high. It is faster if you use runners but they cost a lot in the long run. Besides people who have 50 or so million lying around to get that high (in essence alone) are not people who have an urgent need of money. Unless you insist on either be very high in the hiscores or monomaniacally want insane amounts of RS money and willing to play the game fulltime for months just for that. By the time you actually get that far, you are ready to be institutionalised (asuming you don`t auto your way up). Working as a crafter for the world 66 law company (tons of runners from draynor bank to entrana, trading 27 essences for 27 noted essences plus 27 laws) I got 20k xp per hour. But I`m losing money that way. Using duel rings/glory ammy to edge I got over 15K xp per hour making fire runes. Running the abyss for nats (no energy pots, glory tele) using 3 pouches I got about 10K xp per hour (and actually made some money from that). Lvl 91 (double nats) is 5,902,831 xp. From that you can calculate how many hundred hour you must rc and how many millions worth of essence you must invest in the first place (at a market price of 40-45 each)
  24. I noticed it too, when I was slayer-darting iron dragons.
