I unlocked guthix and zamorak jadinkos, but I just couldn't see either of them, this is getting ridiculous -.-

^^ You need to catch every jadinko to unlock the clothes Weird thing is that I just tried every possible combination there is and I managed to only unlock 6 jadinkos -.- Just figured out that you need to use juju hunter potion on the flowers to attract more jadinkos.

Could anyone tell me how is this possible ?

You can only have it one way, turn building mode on, then summon bob and then teleport into your house :)
