I've been reading through the posts and I don't think anyone has actually given you a exact answer to your question... Yes, it can train defence and attack.

Made up stats help no-one. Its infinitely easy to get a keylogger or like wise without ever coming close to breaking a rule and thus get hacked I got hacked just the other day and I didn't use anything against the rules or share my account.

When I first became a member I traded full rune(g) for a dragon longsword unaware of its actual price, and the fact that I couldn't even use it. :wall:

I don't think there are drop rates, I got a dragon claw split in one kill of duoing tormented demons. And 0 drops, not even a shard, after 150+ solo kills.

with my stats, piety, super pots, salve(e) i'm getting somewhere around 90k xp/hour. But, I have no idea with your stats I never killed them with a lower str and att level. I only started training them to go for 99 def so I have no idea sorry. I would think like 70k xp/hour at your level but not sure. This is what I wear: I pray piety and use a bunyip and don't bring food, just the enhanced excaliber. But, if you don't have a bunyip or enhanced excaliber then bring food. And, you should probably pray melee protect.

My point is it's less time of actual firemaking, it can get boring at times. I got so tired of it that i used yews for 98-99 :lol:

Based on the bump button rules, I would say that if you bumped one topic manually once or twice a day, it should be fine and you shouldn't get in trouble. You can ask a mod or someone to be certain, though. Those are only my implied rules. I'll try asking a mod then.

I think it's been proven that, ultimately, it doesn't get you faster xp in the end, although it does get you an adze. It's only worth doing for that. It does save like 3 or 4k maples in the long run though. Doesn't seem like a lot but that's like 2-3 hours if you're fast From level 92, ~46k with both, and ~48k without. That's ~1 hour of maples. I'm no expert on this, but 1 hour to get everything set up and light all the beacons sounds just about right. I meant from the point when you get the flame gloves, the adz doesn't give an xp boost. from 79- 83k without, 79k with only takes like 40 mins to light the ones for the flame gloves.

BCP? :? Spend a few mill more, its about 3 times as much thats a substantial amount. Bandos ChestPlate = BCP And the Dragon Platebody is 10m, while the BCP is what 17m? Thats not 3 times as much. Althoug I have been in so many debates and have been sleeping about 4/5 per night thats probably wrong aswell :lol: Once again, look at the amulet of fury. It costs nearly 50 times as much as an amulet of glory, and only provides +3 over the glory. Why? Its better, so people will want to pay more for it. Yeah, but I obviously have the level for the large, which I still can't buy. I'm fairly sure most people have confirmed he won't sell you the pouches unless you've had them before. Eg if you never had large and giant he wont sell. If you had em and lost em he will. But im not 100% on that I've never gotten the large or giant pouch from a drop and i'm able to buy them, he won't replace them for free if you haven't ever had them.

Ya it was probably more around that, I was thinking of 92-99 cause I stopped at 92 for awile then bought more logs for 99.

yes, while doing clue there - I think it's WGS related, although I've done the quest and can't remember... Well i did this clue a few weeks ago and the cave wasn't there.. I did one maybe 1 week ago and there was a cave there but not as close to the altar as it seems in your pic - were there any options/examine? I did WGS and I don't think that cave was in it.
