Being maxed or nearly maxed with 99 defence is pretty boring. You're fighting someone and all it is 0-0-0-164-0-0-0-540....and so on.

Anyone notice that for quite a few hours after an RS system update, the number of players online hovers around half of what it normally is? (90k right about now.) Probably bots that don't log back in because their owners aren't around to do it, right? >_>

OH. MY. GOD. Have you seen the number of bots at aviansies? Its INSANE. There are 4 bots for every aviansie. On every world. Atleast at green dragons you can always beat a bots reaction time (single combat). edit: however, there are no bots in the actual armadyl room. so if you want to kill aviansies, you can just get 40 kills and go in there.

What happens to scammers in dicing? Yes, I got scammed. Spare me the lecture :P, I have stopped gambling.

Thats okay, I've soloed from level 10-35 so far and I plan to keep soloing. I hate looking for groups, although I will probably have to group up eventually...

Ok thanks, the reason I'll be using Ranged is to get closer to 99 Ranged while levelling DG.

There is almost never a need to use def pots for slayer... Not all of us have 99 defense, bro. And why not buy 1000 when theyre so cheap, that way I won't have to restock in like, a very very long time. Just saying.

I don't know if this is due to bots, but I recently came back to RS and saw that super defense potions are like 70 gp. LOL. I almost laughed out loud (I needed some for slayer) so I bought 1000 of them, something which I would have never done before.

I've wanted that camera feature for SO LONG. OMG. lol, quite happy about that. October sounds pretty good overall actually.

Does anyone know at what cooking level do you stop burning salves eels and blue crabs? I have 83 cooking, and I won't be using boosts (if there are any?) Or do you never stop burning them?

Hello there, I need some help about 1v1 pking... So this is my main and I don't want to spend the time to level up a pker account. I have 99 attack, strength, mage, and hitpoints, with 92 ranged and 85 defence, and also 76/77 prayer. I used Rune Tips' combat calculator to figure out that I can gain one more prayer level without passing 119 combat(no summoning.) As for my equipment, I have: - barrows gloves - dragon defenders - whip - korasi's sword - bandos godsword - rest of my gear is what I see everyone using: rune armor, rune boots, glory, neitz helm, skillcape/teamcape I don't know how to win at 1v1, it just seems like all luck when I watch people, but there must be something to it (like vengeing at the right time??) Also, as I have been watching people my level fight (117-121ish), I kept looking up their stats. About half of them had turmoil, and half didn't. I can't afford turmoil :(. If i did get it, it would put me at 122 combat. (I'm not levelling defense because I just can't be asked to :P). The people who have turmoil have very slightly lower melee stats than I do, but their turmoil probably makes up for it, right? If I go against someone with turmoil do I pretty much lose or what? :o edit: thinking of getting a chaotic melee weapon in the future, which one, and is it worth it? Thanks everyone. Thanks for the thorough response, and its funny that you mentioned 1 def pures whining haha...they do seem to complain more than others :P. However I DO remember in the past before turmoil that low def pures were really popular.

One time I got 2 rune full helms from greater demons on a task, in a row... lol thats pretty sad but I don't PvM much so I don't have any better drop streaks that I know of :/ .

Hey grats, where do you train?

I have a level 40ish account with 1 defence and around maybe 40 attack and strength. Thinking of doing something with it. Tanks seem nice to me since you don't get taken from 100% to zero in a few hits, but zerkers and pures look fun too. I think a tank would be easier to level because it doesn't matter if I accidentally get a defense level, and (there are less quests I have to do??)

zerkers are fun, but whatever you do, never go past 70 def for pking. Some people like getting 70 def, turmoil and maxing everything else which is very effective 1v1. but zerkers, ranged tanks, and other pures can be very good too.

jeezus..how much do you play per day. 0.0. you must play a lot or just really efficiently, or both. just sayin :D
