Not sure how much tectonic is now. I sold that a while ago. Momentum is really slow at bandos. You'll want to do concentrated blast, wrack, concentrated blast, wrack, concentrated blast, wrack, asphyxiate, concentrated blast, wrack, wild magic, concentrated blast, wrack. He should be dead by then. Concentrated blast hits 3 times so you'll want to time your next attacks. Asphyxiate hits 4 times, Wild magic 2 times. If you've got any other questions let me know.

I lasted 5 seconds longer! It works quite well. Use blood barrages and abilities. Shark drops and whatnot should be enough to heal you. I lasted 600+ KC but could have stayed longer if I had more overloads.

Daggs are still 300k hr and 500 crims an hr so I will spend the majority of my time there. I only go to bandos for some extra cash. :P.

I use abilities, but still get bored. That's why I'm playing on my alt as well.

~2-3m gp/hr and ~100k magic xp/hr. It's not very great. :D.

My ability bar for solo maging bandos: (Asphyxiate and Wild Magic work best on him) My ability bar for trio meleeing Nex: (tetsu/drygores). Switch berserk with frenzy if someone else is berserkering. Massacre on shadow phase. Doubt these are the "best" though. Just something I use.

I don't have a specific setup. I just load my yak up with some overloads, renewals, yaks, and some food. Inventory is basically the same. Sharks and tuna drops will keep you alive, but I like to bring too much food. :P.

Yes, poison works. Both from dreadnips and the weapon poison++. It doesn't disable the core though. @Ellac: Thanks. I'll do that now.

Seasinger hood, tetsu body, tetsu legs, zamorakian spear, third-age circuit, steads, glory, barrows gloves. Inventory with rocktails, overload, renewal, 1 prayer pot, weapon poison++, row, dreads, games neck, varrock tabs. Don't need any prayer pots with penance aura. Kill usually takes around 20 rocktails. I got a lucky kill today that only took 4 food. :D.
