Are there any monsters that are good to train ranged on and have decent drops? Consider safespotting Aviansies?

Hi, I want to use Zuriel's staff to pk with my clan. Is it worth buying the staff if it only lasts for an hour? The special is great for pking. Also since it only lasts for an hour, when is it actually being used? If it is being used at every moment you are weilding it, its not worth it. Thanks

I was 105+ combat, I used Ice barrage and ranged him with diamond bolts. Didnt take any damage at all :)

anyway....how do you afk range at bandits? :)
