Hi, this is just a quick question I was pondering. Could I say something like: I allocate 300b to whatever for thirty years (ten billion a month). it could happen in real life and make it slightly easier for me.

No I mis wrote it. that is the PHaSR which mather used in a picture and I was finding what its real use is. its like something which causes insanely small parts of the air to "freeze" and then they expand (bad explination)

I calculated that 12m of my people were working, they got 50,000 a year, then my Budget would only be 17.5b. :blink: Could someone do it for me so I don't end up messing it up? Considering the amount of ammo that many barrels will chew through, he won't get much fire out of it before having to reload, unless you use an extended ammo clip. He was reffering to the other ones. the carry-case one is not very useful without extended ammo (i've reffered to it as a bullet belt) but that gives it extreme amounts of power. Submachine gun with telescopic sight. it has quite a large amount of force along with speed.

It took some research, half an hour research done by me. While snipers may, if using large enough calliber bullets, destroy heads, while PEPs would literatly splat them all over the walls. I think they're silent as well, as what I meant with "explode" was that the plasma expands violently in a sudden burst. could I make on bigger? Would that give it greater effect.

Pulsed Energy Projectiles, they use invisible lasers to expand and ionize plasma upon hit, the expanding plasma then "explodes" at enough force to kill the target(imagine a headshot with that :???: ). I can deliver the blueprints and a crate of P90 shaped and sized versions. Wow, they sound quite (very) powerful. I won't be able to manufactuar them for a bit though.

Why would you spend 5x your budget on a single weapon? 2040b now. And not a single weapon; technology to make that aswell. What are PEPs?
