No it wouldn't theres no need for a licence. thats for shotguns. its suprisingly easy to get a gun, this gun will be used for scaring and shooting only unarmoured humans only.

Yeh, I decided that i'll just leave sentient AI at 40 instead of 30 because it looked a bit litttle. I was wondering if I could research a sort of flying mechanism? its a small metal that when larger amounts of electricity are pumped through it, it causes the air around it to solidify then vibrate (its a very small reaction). its only effect is causing the thing to levitate. it only works for things of 5kg or more.
