Work on getting some money first get maybe 2 million gp then think about whether you want to spend all of that to get to 70 Then theres things like MTA D stone enchanting or as mentioned above fire bolting. Then theres soul wars which will generally cost you nothing except a few headaches and a couple hundred hours.

[Updated 9 Dec] Reviving Smithing : Divinite
0p3r4tor replied to Zaaps1's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
This is nothing but a dream, a great variety added to smithing but 155 smithing? I doubt levels will ever go that high, its beyond belief. The requirements could use some tweaking and you should try add the requirements for making under 99. Smithing needs an update but this is a bit out there. I acknowledge the difficulty of acquiring these ores/bars but even so, Some of these updates would bring along the need to revamp the weapons system -
I dont like to go too much into the details like this, though it does give a helpful insight into the decisions we make.

Hello, I recently started aiming for 94 magic. The boredom of clicking in 1 spot over and over again was getting a little tiring to say the least and I was losing over 150k per 1k cast's. I was spawning red spider egg's to make back some of the loss but then I realised I could combine the two. Alching and spawning eggs, this method begun to work very well and once I got the hang of it I went from losing 150k per hour to actually profiting not much but with alching for me, any profit is good. This method also keeps me a little more busy while im alching and passes time much quicker then just normal alching. Requirements - 55 Magic 10 Summoning Recommended - 600k Gp What to do - First off buy 20 - 40 Spirit Spider pouches and 1000 Egg spawn scrolls, These usually sell instantly, also stock up on alching runes and the item you are using, i choose to use maple longs (u) as you can buy mass amounts at a time. Then spawn your spider and then right click on the summoning icon underneath the map and choose select left click option, Then choose the cast spell option. Your inventory should consist of 4 Spirit spider pouches, 1000+ Egg spawn scrolls, X nature runes and x alchemy items. Then start alching and every 3-7 alches left click the summoning icon to spawn red spider eggs. Try to consistently alch, eg. while picking up eggs and banking to keep the experience gain up. Where? I myself do this at catherby bank but the best spot i have found for this method is the port khazard deposit box as you can stand right next to it and is a one click bank. Experience Profit Many things affect the profit and experience you get per hour like your speed and focus. I gain about 60-65k xp per hour and 170k+ in gp profits - the loss of the item you are alching Pros- Maintains average alching experience per hour Makes profit and can be combined with farming aswell Cons- Does require a bit more attention then alching solely End - This is my first guide ever on any forums and i am still working out the kinks, so please bare with me while I try to add pictures and make it a bit more understandable Thank you, please rate honestly Edits-

I quit my main months ago and at the time i was a couple days members left and i was getting potential at the time close to when the new bh first came out, fighting with flowers or air strike eg. A few days ago i logged in with 437 ep. I think it is the p2p-f2p ep effect, but obviously also a glitch

Newer players are great fun, never seems to amaze me the things they don't know, always fun to give them a couple k and get praised :S I also like passing on some tips for them to get started making their own riches.

Comparing the exp with all i mentioned i rate it as good, sacrificing the experience for all those things to me, is well worth it. Yes you can get alot more xp per hour doing other things, but most dont provide variety. Maybe its just me, but i dont enjoy killing one thing for days straight with only an experience reward, its nice to be able to earn money and experience in other skills on the side

If your out to get a 99 ASAP then slayer isn't something you would choose. Slayer is under rated by some, it provides what i rate as good combat experience, plus you gain a valuable source of income while training, on top of that you get its most worthy asset, variety. You aren't training on one single monster for millions of exp, your moving around, trying new things and as you go unlocking great training spots which even while not training slayer, provide great money. Comparing 70k per hour doing slayer + all of the above with 100k per hour - all of the above, slayer wins by far

I believe luck effects each hit, by raising your attack or strength level you have a higher % of hitting, raising your equipment statistics effects it even more, again potions and prayer effect the maximum and rate of these hits. If you wore the same thing every single fight being 70 Attack Strength and Defence fighting another exactly the same as you, the fight would not end up eachother hitting equally as high or as often, due to the luck. Thats what i think and i think thats the only suitable way.
