  1. M&M Rules Also read this before posting in M&M Trivial video links go here Report - don't comment. Thanks :-)
  2. Happy birthday :-D
  3. Zidane's 2002 Champions League Goal Best Champions League Goal ever. World Cup 1998 Final Tribute Emotional. Listen to the commentators - they go nuts. Classy.
  4. I don't play for any official team. I get very nervous come game time. I play in the summer with friends, we have a makeshift team in a makeshift field. I guess you can't really call it 'rugby', but it's still the game, just unofficial. No, I was wondering what type of rugby you played. League or Union :-P. I played a couple years of rugby union in a league - top scoring player on my team :)
  5. Viktor, you play rugby league or union?
  6. Please post all questions in Help and Advice - moved for you :-). There shouldn't be any reason to bump a post if it's in the correct forum.
  7. Generally, the further west you go, the less people there will be. Greatest concentration of people live on the east and central parts of China. Edit: Quite sure a region can recover in 2000 years :-P and Sichuan is considered central China FYI.
  8. Ok, point for you. And there are elections in other parts of the country too ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ã
  9. What are they behind then?
  10. Well not every country was established when the U.S was. China just finished fighting its 'revolutionary war' in 1949. Do you expect every country in the world to be a cookie-cutter mold of the U.S?
  11. I'm pretty sure every single one of them is living in Beijing. 8 million voters in Beijing is over half of its population including the kids who can't vote. I say that's a pretty good voting ratio.
  12. That was in 2002. 3rd place finish in 2006 (lost to greece in semi-finals). And of course you are so quick to defend your own sport, but you won't accept others. It's all push and no pull...
  13. I think you need to look at it in terms of proportions. Of course china will have a bigger military - they have over four times as many people as the US does. An an army that's roughly four times as large. Okay, but we can say the US can compensate with their 'superior' technology =P

  15. Banned. End of story.
  16. 81.08 - Messed up on the smaller countries/Balkan/the ones around Estonia =X.
  17. Hong-Kong was a booming success. China is a booming success. Get the USSResque image out of your head - the Cold War is over.
  18. And there can't be any action in football (soccer)? That's my point. First off, you're stating that football (soccer) isn't a sport because all you do is 'kick the ball around'? Last time I checked, the definition of sport was Look, I live on the same side of the Atlantic as you do. I know all of the sports you've been talking about - played all of those listed but hockey at one point or another. And while I may like one sport over another, I can still appreciate all of them for what their worth. No one's trying to make you forget about your favorite sport and just switch to football (soccer). It's just curious how you say Europeans can't say anything about American sports because they don't know anything about them. What do you know about football (besides the World Cup - after all, more people watch it than the Olympics...). Personally, the mediocrity of MLS is probably a reason why it's not as well received in the US - lord prevent us from watching anything non-American :o I only said that just because someone said something like that about football...was hoping you'd catch the irony? I'm not trying to attack 'your' sports. And I'm not going to go into what football (soccer) is all about. This is an international forum - I thought people would be a bit more open minded.
  19. And you can't do that with soccer? America doesn't focus on Soccer because there is other, more entertaining sports like Baseball and Football. Soccer is boring to watch(it's kinda fun if you play a serious game). Just a bunch of guys running back and forth kicking a ball around. In the main sports in America (Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey), there is action. Not the same thing happening over and over again. The only soccer that I watch is the World Cup. And American football is just a bunch of guys throwing a ball around. And baseball is just a bunch of guys smacking and throwing a ball around. And basketball is just passing and shooting the ball around. And hockey is just smacking a puck around. What's your point?
  20. I've merged your threads together - no need to make new ones for each part. They're both part of the same story. And please proofread before posting here.
  21. You are extremely far off, to the point that I don't think you know what integration is. Meh, get on MSN =P. I'm using U-substitution right now, but uh I'm stuck on a step. Might have to review me rules a bit more, but to be honest, so far I really only know how to do just simple anti-derivs and u-subs :(
  22. Indeed - I've always disliked the "+1's" since I just see it as spam.
  23. It's still on the first page, no need to bump it...
  24. Football is one of my favorite sports. There's a thing of beauty in it I don't see in baseball or American football. I suppose one possible reason is it's just not Americanized enough -.-. The most popular sports in America are the ones that have their roots from here ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ã
