Could be slightly inappropriate depending on speaker loudness/people around you, but one of the best RSMV's I could find.

You get locked out of strength abilities though, so something like 80att 42 strength (for Zerk, and ability to pot up for assault) would be okay. I've got an 84 mage 25 defence pure, and it seemed to be amazing from what I could tell, though I didn't find too many fights.
