support. I was recently in a RSOF tribrid dks team that flamed everyone for everything they did. (not being attacked by prime, so I could not pray, soul spliting rex (not sure for the reasoning on that one), getting basically any decent drops, etc.) I ended up spending three hours sitting in there CC with the chat off and public chat off. It woulda been soo nice to be able to be in silent gods/65 chat/shyla cc talking to people who didnt have the IQ of a 2 year old :thumbup:

he's wrong saying that powering up range and mage would unbalance f2p, as he's assuming he'd be praying melee :shame: the fact that melee can hit 30s in f2p while range+mage max out at 18 is lost on him. Also, I'd think jagex would fix the combat triangle all at once. Your void suggestion is bad because, with the defense void offers, rangers/mage's in it would still get shredded by meleers. More damage doesn't help you much if you hit 3 0s on me, then spend the rest of the fight eating. In order to get halfway decent defense with void, you need a DFS or BSS, both of which would undoubtedly protect over the void set. The solution is not more OP weapons either, although some of though's for mage wouldn't hurt. Giving d'hide negative melee attack (similar to that which melee armor has on mage) would help, but would mess with PvM a lot. I hope the solution to this will be in some of jagex's high level non-pvp equipment later this year. Also, jagex said the Dragon crossbow would not be released until the combat triangle is rebalanced, which is slightly surprising seeing as range is one of the weaker corners, and should beat mages to begin with. The combat triangle does not need to be "balanced" in the sense that all classes have an equal sense of beating each other, the only corner that needs to be fixed is mage, which is currently MUCH weaker then melee. However, it does need to be balanced enough, that if I was ranging, and I got attacked by a meleer, I wouldn't just run as I'd have no chance of winning. It needs to be like 60% win 40% loss over the class that you are strong against, with of course some variation in skill levels, equipment, connection, and PKing skill.

I would gladly pay 6 times as much for one piece of low-meed level content and one piece of med-high level content a week.

I think a good one would be that for the first hour after you first log in, all your hits appear as 0's, all planted things appear as dead, and you completely fail at all skills, (never get any resources, processing skills you just start the emote and then your character then looks confused) oh and corp should yell "IMA FIREN MAH LAZUR" every time he uses a mage attack.

agree'd. Actually, you'd be better off not using merch clans at all, or if you insist using one that merches gold jewelry and then you sell it to the rouge guy.

That would be unoriginal on Jagex' part. Customer service has been a joke for a long time now. :rolleyes: thus the adjective, quality in front of customer service.

also, you state its not worth it to range/mage slay a task if your going to have to wear tank gear, throwing on a blessed spirit shield while ranging and tanking isnt gunna hurt your xp per hour practically at all, and in some cases it will improve it. (no messing around with safespots)

zarfot says breserker>warrior if your hitting more then 50% of the time. Personally, I haven't owned either in quite awhile, and generally just stick with explorers and spend the extra money on prayer pots.

I have a computer where if I have particles off it will DC me every time I enter a "loading..." thing. It's kinda funny.

I'm on a 32 clue under 30k streak. That clue looks pretty damn good atm.

I belive the street price is around 10m which isnt really all that bad. Also if you do F2P fog you should win every game with 80+ stats regardless of your skill.

I'd go with SoL and battle robes, with SW cape zammy book inf boots RoL and fury, the 50% rune saving ability is really worth it.

wear karils with antidragon shield, and LBS slayer helm, dboots, glory/fury, etc. pray melee, spec with EE if you have it, dds if you dont. Bring 1 dose of super set (no def) w/ antifire per kill and 1 ppot per kill, flicker piety, use titan for healing.

wait youve been slaying without a black mask? and you think a dfs is somehow helpful for slayer? I cant really help you with the mithril drags question without knowing your stats though.

you cant use a ZS/SS at basilisks, mirror shield is required.

I'd go with CT greens, using a bunyip and banking at SC, bring a super set+antifire, repotting every load and banking at BH for more antifires/super sets every 4 loads. FYI you can use crystal saw+tea to get a gilded alter at 70 con.

yes it is, you want to put it in herblore and your herblore level is only 6! you hold onto the lamp and get 30 herblore! now you can put it in the skill of your choice!

my friend got max melee there from like 85s without ever seeing a dragon drop, but two of my other friends have gotten 2 each while on slayer tasks, GL though. and ROW makes no difference at all.
