The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Or you could just do what most nations normally do to reign in uber-powers. Ask them to stop invading everything? I just got a bit nation munchy happy, that's all. :P Besides, since the attack basically didn't happen, then Japan's relation to Australia is still the same: mutual distrust, though not necessarily hostility.

If your attack still happened, then we have to recalculate things, since Rocco isn't going ahead with his. I will defend myself, but I will not seek retribution unless you attack again afterwards. Good luck though, the only serious damage inflicted was by the ICBMs. The invasion of Indonesia would have probaly failed though, since there was a fleet around there, amounting to 10 super carriers, and their escorts.

That's not much of a compromise at all, especially since if any destruction happened to Japan, 90% of your population might be dead. Since ICBMs were banned, Rocco canceled the attack so I likewise canceled mine. That's much better than Turkey, Australia, Italy, and Japan losing...I don't know, 50 million people. Basically it was a compromise that instead of total destruction of all nations involved, then no nations were affected.

^ I thought that he was referring to the fact that going back on history and ignoring the event was stupid.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
The funny part is that both sides changed their minds, after their weapons were banned. The bad point about superweapons is that they end the game too quickly, and they generally make it an either very fast game or a slow boring one, since there's no such thing as a land war when they are around. I think that the Mongolia war between Russia and China is a good example of a regional conflict, rather than the everyone explodes example.

^ I meant other suicide bombers, from neighboring countries. Things have a habit of getting blown up around that area of the world.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
And Dungeon, we sorta god-modded out your invasion, since without the ICBMs it wouldn't really make much sense. I have also completely forgotten that you attacked me, so everything is nice now. All I've learned from the incident is that anti-aircraft guns are your friends. And Archi, since the whole thing was ignored, you can cancel that fun retaliation attack. If it had occured, it would've probaly knocked another three people out of the game, which would've been no fun when our population is dwindling already. Japan locates 100 counter-insurgency agents in Turkey (the embassy anyways), to specialize incase of massive Islamic insurrection. Don't want suicide bombers blowing up my embassy!

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
The hilarious thing was that I was going to fire bomb the fertile land to destroy agriculture. Maybe I would've caused massive casualties anyways. :P And yes, since we're forgetting everything, Japan accepts a limited defensive alliance. Unfortunately, no foreign countries are allowed to move soldiers within Japanese space, because of the haphazard way of security systems which seem to blow things up that aren't Japanese. Otherwise, if Turkey accepts this, then Japan accepts. Japan also asks if Turkey would like a trade agreement, where tariffs would be completely eliminated, to encourage free trade. Japan asks for a history of Turkey from King Rocco. It would like to build an Istanbul town in Japan, to commemerate the greatness of the Turkish people and their culture.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
So you basically agree with my position? Since both sides agree, can we just go with that? After all, there is no benefit to have four people quit because their nations have utterly been annhialated. In Australia's case, they probaly would've lost 60%+ of total population, which is crippling considering they're all from cities. In comparison, Japan lost 3 out 500 million people, or about 0.6% of its population.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
^ Okay. By the way, my attack continues (probaly edited depending on damage done to Japan) if Rocco's attack ever happened, unless it is so ridiculously badly planned and executed that nothing of real importance occurs.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
I can agree with that. You're essentially saying the attacks never happened, correct? If so, then nothing ever happened, and I'm still just as gullible as I was before hand.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
The term "bomb" doesn't mean it'll explode. Besides, who ever said I was using anthrax bombs? ------------ My stance is that everything is ignored, and that everyone forgets that anyone was attacked, so everyone wouldn't know what they did before it happened. Of course, if necessary, I will attempt to knock Rocco, Ross, and Dungeonal out to prove my point. I'd rather not though, since I think it would be more fun if everyone were still playing.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
^ I'd prefer that it was just ignored, but if he gets to uberbomb me, then I should be able to uber bomb him. Of course uberbombing is ridiculous, but if it can't be rewinded, then I'm glad I can take someone else down with me.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
^ Sounds fair. Basically everything is being rewritten? Also, there were two attacks, sooooo how would that work? ---------- Archi, the "plan" will also be conducted on Italy. Once the plan has concluded, the emporer of Japan explains to his people that what was done had to be done, to preserve the integrity of the nation. And cancel the supercarrier attack on Italy, so nothing supercarrier related is happening.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Errrr, does the damage done from total incineration from Tokyo with ICBMs get reversed, or do I still have to be stuck getting hit by a banned weapon?
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Not sure about the cities being in ruins; you never specified anything about the ICBMs. ICBMs are just long-range missiles, unless you attach a specific kind of warhead to them. It doesn't seem likely that it would totally demolish a city. Some parts of the city might be damaged (apartment complexes, etc), but I doubt they were destroyed. @Retech: Anthrax bombs are stupid, mate. That was the whole point. If he has an uber powerful weapon of which he can make hundreds AND each can pretty much blow up a city, then logically my project (which is far more feasible, and had a longer research time) should work as well. It's supposed to be overpowered, to make it hypocritical to allow his attack to go through while my attack is banned. After all, you can ban it afterwards, but it'll happen!
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
^ Then logically my silly attack can't be ignored either. Enjoy the casualties, which will likely cripple you for life. 90% GDP crash?
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
^ I was proposing that anyways. Furthermore, I will agree that I cannot attack Italy, Turkey, or Australia without a legitimate causis belli, so basically if I do attack you, it's because of a new reason, not this old reason. I will also pretend that I never knew anything was going on, and everything will be fine. I am too addicted for my own good. I want Japan back. :( ------- Also noting that I also had secret superweapons which I forgot to use until it was too late. Oh well, prepare for 90% civilian casualties Ross. :P (That's why superweapons are stupid. We as Hegemony players are much too violent to have the game go on for more than 30 years with super weapons.)

Jen sees the Lich (assuming she is close to Grim). She asks the Lich what he could offer for her magical chain.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Except that if Hegemony was in the scenario of the cold war, it would be no fun at all. Not to mention, being very violent people, the world would end within a minute. ------- And are nukes banned, hmmm?
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
^ You could've just teamed together and asked me to stop. The only person that I was aware to be opposed to my imperialism was Ross, since I was bribing off Rocco. You could've just asked. Besides, countries normally don't invade random places because of the international repercussions. Not generally because they'd be nuked.

Jen asks where she can possibly find a nest. She also asks if the Ivory tower has any feathers lying around. If she isn't told the location of a nest or anything interesting, and the tower has nothing of interest, then Jen travels to find the lich.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
So say if I dropped anthrax on Turkey and it were banned, the 12 million dead civilians wouldn't be reversed? (Hypothetical, I'm not actually using Anthrax)
