The terms are essentially that the new government would be responsible for domestic and internal affairs, as well as justice, while Japan will be responsible for foreign policy. Japanese soldiers are liable to prosecution in these new courts, as long as there is evidence presented against them. Meanwhile a systematic supply effort has begun in Madagascar. Agriculture has also begun, hopefully so that they can grow food for themselves. In order to protect the unique ecosystem, agriculture will be done on the floating nets.

Robotic Carriers were like the mechanized trolley things that bring food into the city, since the cities are surrounded. It's that you will grasp as straws simply to make me lose, because you can't find any reason why I would lose in the invasion. That's because there would be no reason that I would lose in an invasion. Instead of going with the most outlandish thing you can think of, then go with the most conventional plausible one. For example, if Yemen didn't have a reason to attack Oman, then they wouldn't attack. Easy, no need to "Oh, Yemen thinks Japan is racist and rebels despite having their economy completely controlled by Japan and their wealth tripled." --------- Well of course citizens are killed during an attack. It doesn't mean that the entire Yemenese army is going to suddenly change sides and attack. --------- The minor damage the plastic explosives did to the very powerful hull of the aircraft carriers was quickly repaired, and the carriers were put back into service. Thankfully, Japan had put compartments into the ship to stop sinking, much like the Titanic, except that they weren't failed. --------- Meanwhile, the insanity of the Yemenese army continued, despite strong objections by the civilian government. 100,000 Japanese troops landed to protect Yemen from the raving lunatics.

Japan urged them to invade of course. I think it would've been more realistic that the Yemenese just refused to fight, and went home or something. Yes, a single remark by one soldier is going to convince the Yemenese army to drive out someone who just tripled or quadrupled their wealth, and has the power to crush them with a fleet three times as large as the next largest fleet. That's suuuure realistic.

Quite simply, I think you're just grasping at straws in order to blow up parts of my military. Just because I have aircraft carriers doesn't mean that a little country can destroy 5 of them with plastic explosives. One, maybe they can sneak in and blow one up, but 5? That's just cabbage. I object to Archi's verdict, simply because he is controlling MY country. It's not like I raise taxes a billion percent and they're not happy about that. You're inventing a hypothetical situation, to take away a country. Not to mention they wouldn't even know how to speak the same language, much less talk to each other. And Madagascar soldiers with plastic explosives blowing up 5 super carriers that are stationed miles and miles off the coast? They are protected by 50 freaking destroyers, and 50 frigates. Basically they blew up 1/2 of the US fleet in one go, and this is Madagascar.

Okay, so take your countries GDP. Then you multiply it by 1.0 something, for example 1.03 for a 3% GDP growth. So it becomes GDP X 1.03 ^ (How many years of growth), giving you the new GDP. For GDP per capita, divide GDP by population. Then you're done! :thumbsup:

My GDP per capita actually fell as a result of the addition of several poorer countries. With economic reforms, and a steady small growth rate, it's recovering though.

Japan prepares its navy incase of an attack by Australia. The navy has not been authorized to leave Japanese home water. Japan prepares a colonization fleet, incase Scandanavia changes its mind. Otherwise, the fleet will be used to colonize Iwo-Jima, and other destroyed islands during world war 2. ----------- Japanese scientists and private ventures have concluded the best way to prevent the collapse of algae is to choose a different strain. The second most promising strain, yielding on 25% of oil production as the existing strain, seems to be hardiers, more immune to both the cold and temperature fluctuations. This kind of algae is being grown in large numbers in the Northern islands of Japan, with different strains for warm water eventually replacing the existing algae strains.

Well the bacteria would be dying off due to temperature changes as well...but... what if I just move algae growing northwards? Maybe the northern islands that were given by Russia? Wouldn't that work? The area around there is an inlet, so it's protected from extremely tidal flows. Oh Archi, did you receive the PM? ---- That's not the issue. It's whether the bacteria can grow on mass tracts of land in the ocean.

I think the bigger issue is that all these bacteria are dying off, which makes it bad to grow algae. Isn't that the main issue, or is it the temperature that the algae can't live in?

I don't think people would be happy with mutated algae crawling all over the ocean. ----- Well at least my payment is sorta feasible. It would also fix the problem of land area, so I could stop annexing large land-based nations. Now I could focus on sea-based islands! :D
