I've decided not to annex Nigeria (just more population problems), but I'm still going to go grab Oman and Madagascar. They are prime aquaponic growing areas, and they won't increase my power one bit. They'll simply shield me from the affects of global warming more. Meanwhile, that island I gave you might be a bit vulnerable, so you might want to build some levees and stuff, or start relocating them to the mainland. Yes, like Japan doesn't need more land, with 500 million civilians and a land area smaller than Montana. Japan replies that if it has to, it will fight Australia, simply because Japan actually has a means to stop Australia, while Turkey happens to have a lot of submarines and is almost completely land-locked. Meanwhile, Australia has many locations that could...potentially be reclaimed. The nations I'm invading have negligible economic power. I won't even calculate them in. Of course, with rise in sea levels, I'll need land simply to house my people. So yah know, shushie.

Decent Aqua farms will probaly take 8 years though, which is 16 days. Japan says that if Australia wants good PR, then it can send its "dawn guards" to "protect the civilians." This means that human habitation on Madagascar would actually be reduced, as agriculture is done in the water, not the land. Then Japan asks Turkey if that would be acceptable. Japan tells Turkey that with the growing threat of global warming, aquaculture by island nations is the best way to grow crops. With droughts and floods on land, the only place that is safe seems to be the sea. Then Japan offers to sell Turkey provisions when their agriculture starts dying off due to droughts.

Well anyways, since that's all over, both empires should be disbanded to the time before people started serious proxy control.
