Japan offers a formal peace treaty to Russia, because they are still technically at war. (Other nations can react, but people have to agree on it, which is pretty much impossible)

I know that the situation would probaly be much worse, but there is no moderator. So basically most people on Hegemony would have to agree that the European nations would intervene, which would be hard to do. That's why I'm saying that most people would already assume the European nations would condemn China, but no one would agree on what they would do.

Rocco, there is no moderator. The European countries would probaly react when someone is actually playing them, but we can probaly assume that they condemn China with a very stern letter if Tibet was attacked.

Icu, your military (which I consider basically the active duty highly trained variety) is about 1 million.

Basically you have to go on Wikipedia and look up your countries' stats. You can change your government, but basically that's it until you start building stuff and changing policies.

All of the European countries need filling in (except Germany). We need some more players in Europe, since it is the concentration of power. :P

I have checked the Wiki pages. Switzerland has 400,000 militia members, and you have 200,000 trained armed forces. So basically you're about even, except that he is on the defensive.

Well you can always annex something...it's just a point on whether they accept that you're annexing them and if they're fighting back or not.

I have learned that the Swiss army has 400,000 soldiers capable of fighting, though they are conscripts and are probaly weaker. That might be a problem for you Grim. ---------- Japan has declared a defensive pact with Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as South Korea. (Note that it is not a total defensive pact in that if Indonesia was attacked, only Japan would come to help as a requirement). Singapore and Papau New Guinea have been guarenteed protection by Japanese armed forces, since their military is rather weak.

Annex doesn't generally mean an auto-win...but you're still probaly going to auto-win in this scenario.

And why would it be sunk in the Bay of Bengal? I have no intention of even moving my ships there (except for shipping, but that's really not the point).

I dunno...they do have three times as many soldiers...which means you'd need a 200% modifer over them (so you have a 50% for defence anyways)

That would really make China mad, lolz. Japan begins research on superior artillery, making them cheaper and more mass producable. They will be used to defend the islands of Japan (they're fixed artillery, not mobile).

Oh, so it's like the old Hegemony? In which case talks are ongoing for the confederacy, since it's a pretty big deal and there would be a lot of changes, except for maybe Singapore, which would be more like a protectorate. (Sere, what do you think?)
