Definitely. If there is an attack, then half the countries of the world will have "dishonourable scum" casus belli on Japan and probaly take advantage. Let's face it, the enemy countries will always have more funds that you will. Gotta think outside the box.

Brazil releases the compromise document to the general public. The basic goal is to force a peace. If one nation accepts and the other does not, the other will hopefully be seen as needlessly continuing the conflict and the loss of innocent lives. Indonesia -Apoligizes for the unwarranted attack on civilians (note the civilian part, not that the attack on Japan itself was wrong) -Releases a statement that it will attempt to prevent deaths of civilians during disagreements between governments -Indonesian president lays a wreath on memorial for civilian casualties in Tokyo (Photo Op moment?) -Pacifies war hawks in government and signs peace treaty -Donates 10 billion towards rebuilding of Tokyo (mainly symbolic) Japan -Accepts apology humbly and promises not to counterattack -Calms public and signs peace treaty -Lays wreath on memorial for civilian casualties in Tokyo

Well that's the point. If he breaks the peace treaty, then his prestige is going to tank and he is not going to be trusted. Not to mention lots of countries would probaly step in to help you. Your military could probaly still stand on alert or something. That's why I put all that propaganda stuff in there, so that it would be a big hit if someone broke the peace.

Well there's a difference between telling two countries to work it out and writing an agreement that they can both work with and amend.

Had a cool duel with Icu. I was kinda cheap and summoned an awesome elemental, but it was still relatively honorable. He was a good fighter, but had very unlucky rolls, so he barely hit, but it was still fun.

I did alter it between sessions, but it was at the same time as I was calculating the changes from level 2 to level 3. You said we shouldn't do altering after we reached level 3, but I was wondering if it was alright to alter at the same time as when I was bringing my character up to level 3. I basically changed my animal companion and twiddled with the feats for it. After seeing that it was more interesting to have a fighting animal companion than a riding one, I basically adjusted it for that. So is it okay?

So about our character modification, when you said we weren't allowed to change once we reached level three, was it alright if I altered something as we were leveling to 3, or should I change it back?
