    He's hating on the the 99 RC and Agil obviously. :shame: I'm working on 70 agility now. Getting 60 herb/rc via pengs. After 70 agility i'll get 70 fletching, then mining and so on.

    As a general rule, monsters follow the rule 2c+1, where c is the monster's combat level. As zaaps mentioned, there are exceptions.

    To those of you saying quest cape should be a requirement: Gtfo. You guys should stop thinking about mains and start thinking about the whole spectrum of players. If it's made that quest cape is a requirement then that means only mains and tanks can have free trade. I'm a pure, and I can only get ~260 quest points. Does not being able to get a quest cape make you a RWTer? HELL NO.
