Jagex said they changed Hitpoints to Constitution so that when new players started and were training combat, enemies had a chance at hitter lower than 1/10th of your total hitpoints. Before the update if somebody with 10 Hp were fighting a level 2 man for example, the man would be able to hit a 1 or a 0. Now they can hit 0-10, giving the person a higher chance of surviving. They also said that update was so they could have a constitution requirement for quests. I don't see how this could work with prayer. :-?

Good start for a first guide. I'd just like to point out you have LOTS of typos, and that seagulls are better training than men when first starting. A few more pictures would be good. :thumbup:

According to some people, you can get 1M xp in 4 hours cooking rocktails. Not sure if that's correct or not.

I got 5 hats and 5 boots, 0 legs 0 tops. Should i not bring boots/hat with me each trip? EDIT: 6th boots. EDIT 2: 6th hat. EDIT 3: 7th boots. EDIT 4: 7th hat. I give up.
