  1. Most people would just call that rushing. God knows what the izenheim definition of full-rushing is. But I'm sure it'd rival losing game's gung-[garden tool]-never-ask-for-food-there-probably-isn't-enough-time rushing style. edit: daw you can't say gung-[garden tool] without getting censored it's spelled Izenhime And like I said, I honestly have no idea how to describe how my team dungs, our dungeons take around 40-50 minutes to do. We collect and make armor depending on the boss we get, we don't only kill monsters in guardian doors
  2. I don't want to join you, I dung with my own friends who also like taking their time. Also, just because we go slower, doesn't mean we leave people stranded to do GDs by themselves, we still do those together. We also gatestone far away doors to get back to them later. I can't really speak for the people in world 148 who don't want to rush, but myself and the team I go with don't do your stereotypical stuff of leaving the keyer alone, rage quiting on death, not placing gatestones. Generally, if you skill on a world like 148, I will then assume you are incompetent at dung and will not trust you to gate anything unless absolutely necessary. Even though not absolute, there is a strong correlation between people who skill and people who simply are not good at dung. I haven't dunged on 148 in months :P I really don't know how to describe the style my friends I dungeoneer. I'm not bad at dung at all, I just like to take my time is all. The person on our team that keys tells us when he wants to place gatestones, as well as us using our own judgement. It's like...half rushing...I guess is a way I could describe it.

  4. DKs is one of the best gp/hr out there atm  It varies a lot for different people with different abilities. As OP has low summoning, doesn't have overloads, doesn't have chaotic weapons, he is not going to earn like 3-4m gp/h. I am in the same shoes. I miss all those 3 things. And I have earned about 1.5m/h over the last 30 hours or so. It's pretty annoying if everyone thinks everyone can use yak, ovls, chaotics... At almost any levels, assuming you can go there and kill them, it should still be one of the higher GP/hr Most people don't even take chaotics. People that go with Tortoise and extremes should still come around 2-2.5m an hour there assuming average luck.
  5. The language rule has always meant to only be used when people are directing towards someone in an offensive way. For instance, if something bad happened to you in game, like you died, and you went out and said "Oh [cabbage], I just died" Even before the filter, this wouldn't be reportable, or a least not muteable. However, going up to someone and calling them a "[cabbage]head", was, and still is, reportable. This is of course assuming you're passing the censor to say this (only now you don't have to pass the censor). I can't really say that Jagex's appeal system really follows the general rule, but it's what the J Mods tell P mods about the rule.
  6. DKs is one of the best gp/hr out there atm
  7. I have over 2300 total, and I went in a dungeon with them :P
  8. When I joined Low and obt for a dungeon, I never onced mentioned dungeon times. I've also never whined or moaned about people being forced rush. The only thing I've said is that I prefer to not rush. I was bored and none of my dunging friends were on, so I tried a dungeon with you guys, I see nothing wrong with this. I can see where you're coming from with this, but I disagree with the statement. You don't know me other then interactions here on Tip.it, which really is a bad way to get to know about someone. I've never said I hated rushing, I've never complained about people rushing. All I've said is I personally prefer to not rush. What.....? I find it odd, I decide to try a dungeon with you guys, and you turn around and try to make a joke out of me. Enjoy your dungeons, I will not be joining you guys again for any. (because I'm so sure you care  )
  9. Wait...what? you got banned for having more then one account?....what!?
  10. So you don't talk to them and just ignore them? Until the end before the boss at which point you offer to kick them
  11. Meh, it's not important. If I rejoin, then it means I liked it enough to come back. If I don't, I guess my friends have started playing a lot more :P and you guys continue dunging as you normally would.
  12. It's all in the interpretation. I never said I hated it, so I really don't get the angle you're coming from here.
  13. meh ok. I don't have much experience at TDs myself, it's just what I've been told. Jumping off bridges (without any type of support) is great. I don't have much experience myself, it's just what I've been told. Except that I was still half right about TDs (rapier being better), as well as all the other bosses he mentioned. Try not taking things out of context and being an ass...
  14. I didn't say to talk about something irrelevant, just that I wouldn't call it a 'nice chat', I never expected you talk about anything else then the dungeon. I also didn't say it wasn't fun, just that dunging with my friends they way we have is more fun to me. It almost sounds like you're going to kick me out of dungeoneering with you ever again, don't take this so hard man
  15. That's fine, I'll just keep dungeoneering with my friend then, and not hassle those trying to do it faster, you know...the way I've been doing it since the skill came out  Why? You did well within our dungeon rushing and kept up with us. Why slow your xp rate by double when you can just join our teams and have a nice chat while running through floors at a 25-35 minute pace. Because I find the way I dung with my friends more fun? And it wasn't really a 'nice chat', all I heard was stuff about the dungeon, which is fine for the situation, but I wouldn't call it 'a nice chat while running through'. I'll do dungeons with you guys on those moments when none of my normal group is on, and I really feel like dunging.

Great point I never thought of it that way =D> No but really, My question is valid instead of pointing holes in my logic how about you answer the question! He did.... The d hatchet is worth getting...it will make your woodcutting faster, which will save you time as well as gain more profit/hour. Once you're done, you simply sell the hatchet back, and you loose almost nothing from buying the thing, and are only left with the extra profit. He answered your question perfectly.
  17. get neither, they're a waste of money for use, and only for cosmetics. Stick with rune (or bandos if you can afford it) At 70, you can buy some barrows pieces. Between bandos and barrows, it will depend on what you are doing on which will be better to use.
  18. meh ok. I don't have much experience at TDs myself, it's just what I've been told.

  20. Zammy - Rapier, zammy has horrible defense, the rapier rips through him Bandos - Both....when using a shield, the cls is slightly better, when using a defender, the rapier is better. SInce you're soloing, I would assume you use a shield more there then a defender. Saradomin - CLS, saradomins defense is too high for the rapier to be effective....DO NOT believe zily is weak to stab...she is not....Maul is actually the best chaotic there TDs - If you're really fast as switching, rapier. If you're not, cls. DKs - Supreme has almost no defense to melee, so a faster weapon benefits more. Rapier. Rapier - 2 cls 1 both - 2 in regards to soul splitting bandos...if you have the perfect interval going, you can actually soul split every hit on bandos, and still have melee pray up every time. Getting this interval is extremely hard to do however, and really isn't good to seriously attempt and take into consideration.
  21. CKS

SirIzenhime replied to GlowinRedM's topic in Help and Advice
Bandos hates me then, because almost all of his range attacks that deal damage hit over 200 on me. Other then that I agree though.
  22. spam click the obsticals. Awesome job dude
  23. CKS

SirIzenhime replied to GlowinRedM's topic in Help and Advice
the cks and dfs are extremely close when at bandos, if you use the CKS, you loose the magic defense against the mage minion, which is very important. Where as the CKS has more range def as well as soak. For DKS, yes the CKS is better, it has much higher defense and a soak...however...it drains extremely fast there as it drains fast with a lot of monsters attacking you, as well as draining when it soaks supremes hit. An obsidian shield is VASTLY more cost effective. It's much cheaper to use, still has a decent soak, and gives a str bonus, which helps killing supreme faster.
  24. [hide] [/hide] Ahah, now this is the kind of thing I was talking about in the first few pages. I fail to see how I'm being an ass by not rushing...when I only dungeoneer with friends who also enjoy dunging the same way I do. And to say "that's how it's supposed to be done".....I'd like to see a quote from Jagex about that. That's very nice for you, I feel the exact same way when I dung I'm sorry I find a different style of dunging fun then you do Oohhhh...never mind, you were trolling this whole time. You almost had me there.
