Retech, I suppose it could be a ship weapon. It would need some modification though, and would probably be best for small, fast ships.

The person who posts after me is 1337. So that's the shielding EDGE uses Ross? Your suit is the only one that could fully defeat my Blitz Array (Crystalline was second, with a 75% survival rate). What is null space anyways? And Archi, what do you mean stop inside the shield? Would it be plausible to channel the energy from the wires into a single shot to disrupt the shield?

Can haz Hegemony in space?

Ooh, maybe you could let SUE control one of those scoutbots or something. I'm sure she'd be happy and not try to kill people too much.

Earth, no advertising games on other threads. Also, it can be built without much difficulty, it's easier to make now that a prototype is in existence, the light one doesn't slow you down, rubber doesn't do anything since my weapon can punch straight through A TANK and more than half of human casualties are regardless of electrocution, and the wires move at extremely high velocity, so it's essentially impossible for an unassisted human to hit them, which wouldn't do anything anyways except cost me 10 credits.

12kt for the more-expensive original prototype. Heavy ones are carried at 0.5 mps, light ones at about normal speed I believe. There is no limit on shots, except the 200 in a heavy barrage and 20 in a light barrage, which can be withdrawn. It's all contained in a metal one-arm sleeve. Research makes it cheaper. It's only detriment thus far is lack of viability as a marksman weapon. EDIT: Archi, that would be the point. I want to make suction-cup shield drainer rounds for the Blitz array.

Nope, 10 credits per shot without using some sort of recovery system and assuming the wire or shot is damaged in some way. I found that if you use point-rim ammo and set them to withdraw immediately after impact or being electrified you can decrease the number lost. It has a heavy weapons version, capable of killing several hundred people in a single barrage, and a personal version, with similar power but fewer shots per barrage.

Fallen Rising
Working on a science project, my partner might kill me. I'll start again when I get the chance.

Ireland! And d'awww, no Icelandic legions of doom? :(

So, is anyone else interested in my Blitz array? It has different ammo shapes for different uses, can punch straight through a tank, electrocutes enemies, and can shortcircuit electrical systems. Also, Archi, is there any way to adhere something to shielding? And Ross, what sort of shielding does the EDGE use anyways?

Edel... you don't have to try and change the subject. You could simply ignore the discussion if you're uncomfortable. Also, about that sig of yours, don't you think it's a little... much? It might be a good idea to change it.

The Con Is On
Nonsense. You always try to kill everything, and you don't like chaos? Hrm, he would get along great with SUE.

Kay, but it's not really necessary. Stuff seems to be picking up.

Double post (does it matter that it's a double post here even?), but I just found the ultimate workout. Watch. Listen. You can't help but go along. And it feels incredible... try it, you'll see. Preferrably with closed eyes, in an uncluttered environment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNOS35Vrow8 Seriously, this guy is the god of dance. This must be his slowest video, but it's still enchanting. Wow, how is it that all males who talk about him sound homosexual? Maybe that's why people focus on the carpet.

You had level 4 at the beginning of the session. <_<

Yeah, he needs to delete and remake the poll. Same thing happened to me. Also, you missed Space Icon! :(

Mather, you can't have level 10 microfusion. You only had six puzzles, and you didn't solve all of them. Also, what Archi missed: <Jeremiah> Wha <Jeremiah> Oh man, now I have real power <Faust> SUE, TAKE CONTROL OF JEREMIAH! :P *** Theros is now known as SUE <SUE> I'm... afraid I can't do that, Faust. <Faust> D'aww. <SUE> JETTISONING SANDWICHES <Jeremiah> YOU SHALL NOT PASS <Faust> G'night then, all! <Faust> So, who wants to randomly continue discussion in #runeScape? <Jen> Or <SUE> Not me. SHEEPMOOSE. SHEEPMOOSE EVERYWHERE. In seriousness, that was very cool. I like the blitz.

Fallen Rising
Stork, the sheepmoose would win. Y'know that saying about flaming zombies? Same thing applies. Ieyfura, not dark per se. Though I will need a place to put you... Mather, mage? Have you not been listening? But... revived by a Fallen... That could work out fine. :-k

The Back Room
Well... street urchin child... not much they haven't seen. :P I think, so long as the character has opportunity to be badass on a regular basis, you'll do okay.

Eh, good point, but you confuse people and lack the ridiculous mind necessary to make this ship run smoothly. EDIT: Jen set the Science Bay on fire. Then you set the Med bay on fire dealing with intruders. Then Jen set the Med bay on fire again, along with most of the rest of the ship. ECHO injects people with random syringes of questionable cleanliness. Chi threatened to shoot us out the airlocks. Grim... not sure what he does most of the time. But you get my point.

No need for a new character. Recycling helps the environment! Or maybe if you see a character you like during the course of the story, you can snatch the reigns?
-

I vote Wyvren as Captain! Dusty is AWOL, Gavrill is a traitor, Jeremiah is a zombie, no-one lets me get near the AI protocols, and none of the rest of you can be trusted to wipe your nose without starting a fire in one of the bays. It's the logical choice.

<_< I go to all that work, and you make a three word response? Tsk, tsk. You could at least say what you might hope to do in there.

Heh. Squirrels are interesting creatures. Vix, might you want to join my new game? I'm trying to make it as RP-story-ish as possible without disappointing the players. Disappointing, no. Annoying, definitely. Stork is now a father. :P
