Throwing knives are useless against zombies, unless you use heavy ones like my throwing weapons instructor. Even then, it wouldn't be a good choice.

Cremation, viking style. :thumbsup: Besides, best immediately available weapon is better than no weapon, and we're not being realistic anyways.

Personally, I would actually bring a throwing axe in the zombie apocalypse. It is the best easily available weapon I know of in my town, and bearded axes would be great for up close combat.
