EARTH. He tried that If I remember correctly. And it's not necessarily the answer just because it's his best element.

I go up to the troll and remove my metal from it's corpse. I take several chunks of it's skin and muscle, freeze them with ice magic, put them in my bag, and fix my wings.

I could've sworn my allomancy levels were higher at the last update... can you check?

Sweeet. I'm the best Allomancer and Golemmaker, the second best Geomancer and Sound Mage, and the second most skilled Flyer. But aren't my allomancy levels higher?

Hey Grim, you ever watched the series Avatar (Not the movie, dangit! The show had the name first!)? It gives me a lot of ideas for magic techniques in this game. The show is based around the ability to manipulate or "bend" fire, air, water, and earth.

Also, I open the barrier enough for Earth to get through.

Dungeoneering
I encase the head in stone, and form spikes on the inside of the encasing, jabbing through the areas with the least resistance (ears, eyes, under the jaw, and at the base of the skull).
-
Dungeoneering
I remove the current spikes, hopefully allowing the troll's current wounds to begin bleeding. I then try to form a large spear of stone on the roof or one of the walls, and propel it as hard as possible at the base of the troll's neck.

I remove enough of the barrier in the door for Earth to take shots through, also forming a thick half sphere of stone coming out of the wall and encompassing Earth. I continue making large spikes, preferably at the troll's head level.

See, Grim, that would be a great situation in which to have a heavily armoured, allomantic meatshield. ASSIMILATE THE ORES! MANIPULATE THE METALS! CONTROL THE COMPOUNDS!

Dungeoneering
I attempt to use the metal inside the troll to force apart it's skin and muscle, creating an open wound, then drawing the metal back inside the skin in tendrils to do more organ and tissue damage.

Yerp. I attempt to bring spikes from the floor and ceiling to impale the troll, which should work now because it's in a different room than the one with compacted floors and walls. I also attempt to bring up a geomancy barrier where the entrance to the main troll cave was.

Oh, that is just plain awesome. I try to sense the vibrations to determine if the troll is on it's feet or on the ground, and whether it is still moving. If the troll is on the ground and I don't sense much movement, I go back out of the wall and stab it repeatedly in the neck with my broadsword. If it's still moving, I give the spell a few more moments to deal severe damage, then leave the wall and stab it in the neck the same as I specified in the first response. I then attempt to dissect it, removing all of my metal from it's corpse and reforming them into their original items. Just so both of us can keep track, this is the metal currently on my person: 6 Broadswords 3 Iron Orbs 6 Full Plate Armours worth of Steel minus: 1 Full Thick Steel Plate Armour with Large Wings and Retractable Spikes 1 Steel Winged Spear 3 Steel Orbs How much unused steel would I have from that?

Heeheehee! If the allomancy magic succeeded, then I move the bubble close to the wall I came through. I try to determine where the troll is in the other room by using a combination of sound magic and geomancy to sense vibrations in the ground. If I succeed, and it's not too close, I move out of the wall and stay up against it (the wall, not the troll), ready to go back in if the troll charges, and hurl the spear with wind and sound magic assistance into the troll's stomache.

Minus the stabbing part.

Ok. I do the second action I specified from the safety of a bubble under the ground a ways away from the troll.

How many turns? One, or two? If I only have one turn, I attempt to go through the wall I came in through using geomancy. If I fail to go through the wall, or have more than one turn, I compact the metal in my shield, all my metal weaponry except for one broadsword, and all the metal that comprises the spikes on my armour into my spear. I then try imbueing the spear with sound magic to make it vibrate heavily (I'm levitating it with allomancy while doing this), and two separate allomantic spells to first send out tendrils of metal towards the troll's organs and second draw in the metal currently in the troll's body to use in this process (which should be easier than actually drawing it out of the skin). I then ram the spear through the troll's stomach (thanks for making such a big target, Retech!) as far as I can.

I use my chronomancy gauntlet to slow down time enough to run through the small door without the troll catching me (it's halfway through the room, I should have just enough time).

Oh, by the way Retech, why did I get out of the underworld so easily with no reward, when you said I had gotten a really good roll? I would have preferred to go with Grim, except you made it sound like there would be no loot. :(
-
Dungeoneering
Ooh, the Infernal Forge, that sounds good to me. Does Grim already know? If so, he needs a little something as well.
-
Dungeoneering
Hm, Rocco, what would you offer Grim and I for access to the underworld? It has to be either a location, or something for the both of us. :D Hehe, the cost compounds with the more people who know of the underworld! However, we can't allow in Earth (he's said it himself, he gives things away for a fraction of what they're worth) or Poseidon (A: he's weak B: he's spiteful). Everyone else should be fine though, except for maybe Rocco, who as we all know is the resident "loveable sellout," though I don't think he'd want to share the loot with outsiders, so he's probably not going to be a problem. Also, we're getting a new player as soon as my friend Ieyfura has a chance to use her computer, as she currently only has internet connection for her PS3.

I know! As the troll rushes us, I will activate the gauntlet, form my shield, weaponry, and most of my armour into a giant spike of metal at the troll's head level, and since I'm against a wall the troll's speed will drive the spike directly into it's head! Unless I roll low enough that this plan somehow fails, that's probably the most effective way. OR, I could slow down time, stab my spear into the troll's eye or some other part of it's body, and then channel my remaining metal through the shaft of the spear and into the troll's body, slowing down time enough to create large spikes branching out under it's no-doubt significantly less-tough insides!

Dungeoneering
Hm, now would be a good time to use my Chronomancy gauntlet to slow down time enough to stab the troll in the eye... or just run away as fast as possible through that tiny doorway.

I know. Anywho, Grim, I'd be happy to join you in the underworld as a very very tough to chew, metal coated meatshield! Any items that enhance allomancy or involve metal or lifecrystals I would love to have. I'm essentially planning to turn my armour into a mech bodysuit!  I could have a small Mystril casing containing my lifecrystals, which would power my wings, regenerate the suit, heal my wounds, and power some kind of weaponry!

As soon as it's dead I'm going to dissect it and get back my darned steel. If your acid arrows dissolve my steel, Earth, you owe me a crudload of metal. And I need to strengthen those danged homing beacons... I mean, what use are they if they can embed themselves in a troll's skin, but can't get back out through a recent entry wound? And magic needs no momentum, so they shouldn't have much trouble exiting with as much force as they entered. Assuming the magic is strong enough, which it currently isn't, according to Retech.
