Planeteering
I go back to the planet. I try installing two ZPMs on one of Earth's turrets, and then on his larger ship, and then the puddlejumper.

Planeteering
Oh, whatever. I take everything off the rocky planet, and reinstall the ZPM into the Hiveship. I then go to a random planet.

*ahem* Missed my post. My bodyguards and I assist Earth with whatever it is he's doing. We try to hook up a ZPM to one of the turrets =)

I run into the smoke, swinging my katanas at anything I see. I try to be as silent and stealthy as possible, so that the soldiers won't notice me.

I tell the 304's crew to attack any hostile-to-SGC ship it sees, leaving it in orbit with one ZPM installed. I take the Wraith hisveship down close to the surface, and disembark with ten Wraith bodyguards. I walk over to Earth and ask what he's doing. Also, Mather, could you tell me the layout of this area of the planet? I wasn't paying attention to Earth's posts.

What planet is Earth on? I go there. Before that, I try installing both ZPMs on the hiveship, then the 304, then one on both to determine the capabilites bestowed by more than one.

I try to project my voice, so it seems to come from where Earth is. I say: "Please, don't shoot! I'll do anything!" If it succeeds, I run up and stab them while they're distracted. If not, I throw my knives at their necks and hands, along with any visible patches of skin.

Ah. I suppose the discovery channel isn't always clear about these things.

Dungeoneering
What rumor? He really WAS stalking Sylvie?
-
Planeteering
Aww, how sweet of them. They're not evil, just misunderstood. And hungry. I take the 304, ask for a crew from Nelly, and go back to the city-ship, taking the human crew (or if I don't have it, 4 Wraith bodyguards) to search for another ZPM. Can the hiveship fit inside the 304? Or the other way around, perhaps?

I said the knife was SHEATHED. Anywho, I fade into the shadows, getting the best possible indirect view of the elevator shaft.

Dungeoneering
He got caught while stalking Sylvie :shame: Just kidding, of course.

Planeteering
I ask the Wraith if they would accept a human crew on a separate ship which would travel with them, also under my command. If not, I start trying to think of a way that I could keep the Wraith as allies, get the ZPM, and install it on the 304 without conflict.

I also continue playing hackey-sack with the sheathed dagger (FYI, that's a game where you bounce it up and down on your feet, knees, and elbows) for more melee and dex exp (hopefully).

Actually, Ross, good Katanas can cut sideways through as many as five bodies. It wouldn't be too hard for anyone to decapitate someone with one. Admittedly, training would help significantly. I've seen people slice arrows in midair that would otherwise have killed them (if they were pointed normally, these were slightly blunted) in a training session.

Varius asks for a few 9mm rounds. I also toss my 9mm pistol to Enigma so he can dual-wield, if he wants it.
-
Planeteering
I agree, and ask what would happen if a ZPM were built into a 304.
-
Planeteering
I mark the location, and message O'Neilly asking what he would give me for access to a silver vein on the surface of a planet visible from 500 meters.

Oh, nevermind. I suppose it's probably the same as Enigma. Crap, I think we just found one of the missing "hostile" factions. Sounds like robots. Smoke grenades wouldn't work too well I think. I run back behind the nearest doorway, and ready my katanas for some head-slicing. I try to play hackey-sack with a sheathed throwing knife.

I start shooting holes in the rocks, hoping they have something inside.

If it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to anyone, then the answer is generally yes.

 *cough cough* Uh, something tells me that wouldn't work. Personally, I think I'd look for someone to ride shotgun in a pickup (a la the trader truck in "The Colony"), which I would load my supplies into and mount a gat on.
