  1. Merchanting isn't bloody illegal, relax...
  2. First of all, you put that stats signature in your actual signature by clicking on the "My Settings" button in the top right-hand corner of your screen, and then clicking "Profile." After that you click, "Change Signature" and then you paste the code you have into the box for text, click "Save Changes" and voila. You're done. Second, what do you mean think they have? You've gotten a 99, that's an achievement...
  3. Neitiznot Helm's icon looks different.. I feel kind of nerdy for seeing that  I see nothing wrong with it...
  4. Runescape name: Rejuvination P2P
  5. You're getting close to 99 Farming, that will be an awesome cape to wear. :P
  6. That's exactly why Jagex should have never gotten rid of the starting supplies or money in the first place. Plus, the old Tutorial Island was more... RS-like in some way. The old tutorial gave players a feel for almost every aspect of the game, you had to train multiple skills, and use multiple combat methods to advance - I think you mean it was more in depth, not RS-like. :P I guess. But the fact that you also *see* the other players completing the tutorial could (maybe) make one think "Hah! I completed this part before that guy!" and boost one's confidence. :3 That's true as well. :P

  9. Chaos Druids are extremely profitable for pures, at a relatively low risk as well.
  10. The thing is, newcomers don't know about those right off the bat. It's usually stumbled upon after a few days of randomly trekking across Runescape until you end up in the Barbarian Village and find your way in, and then if they die they're right back wear they started, but this time without any of the items they may have attained along their walk. I'd quit, personally. I really would hate for that to happen to me.
  11. Omg you're so vain !!!! I was going to think of something more constructive, but all my thought processes are busy pondering how Obt could get such an epic cape. ..... In other news (I honestly believe this to be relevant) people at LRC atm are saying Mining Capes are more common than fletching capes. Why do people make up these stupid facts. Those people are way to stupid to be allowed to play this game. And for the record, Runescape has very low IQ requirements. Also: this guy said with lvl 77 hunter you can make 5m+ an hour at red chins. True story. he said if you can't you're an idiot. Umm... getting back on topic. I agree with what Obt said, I put a crap load of time into Con, and am putting in a lot of time into Hunt/Agil/Mine and so I want people to know that :) Lol, what an idiot. OT: Most skillcapes look nice, too.

They look great, I appreciate it. :)
  14. Though skillcapes may not be so much of a status symbol anymore, I think the majority of players wear/wore them because they want to show-off their dedication to a certain skill. I know that when I saw RC, Mining, or Agility capes I was always kind of like, "Wow, that's cool, they put a lot of time into that." I wore my fire cape more than anything before I quit, even though I had a skillcape. Granted it isn't the most respected (Fletching), I still wore it because I had the ability to do so. But then again, some people just wear it because it's the best cape they have. :P In short -- They are worn because people want to show-off. They want to show their dedication to a skill by showing they reached 99. That's the best cape they have.
  15. And how does someone making some money off this game or getting a few lvls affect you, exactly? Exactly, it really shouldn't. The majority of people who should be complaining about botters are the people who are having their recourse areas taken over by them. You really shouldn't be a person with maxed melee's that only does slayer saying, "Bots always take my Slayer monsters!!" It just doesn't make sense.
  16. you take no long term damage from overloads. and wolper is level 92 summ and you couldn't bank the bones/drops then. DFS is worse then a regular antidragon shield and should NOT be used. also, when someone asks for the "best" setup. Don't go "well heres a realistic setup..." give them the setup that will maximize kills per hour and/or profit. Well put, Aiel. I was going to post a minimalistic set-up. But I now realize he asked for the best.
  17. Welcome to the community, I'm sure you'll love it here!
  18. You have a Void Mage helm without the rest of the Void...?
  19. You don't start out with any items anymore. Well that's BS. <_< It's kind of confusing since Jagex bothered to release skill tutors including the demo mode and all that other crap. I hardly see a valid reason of removing "start out" items. Exactly, it's a bit odd. Now when you start out, you literally have nothing. I suppose that's what Roddeck is good for though, telling you how to do things.
  20. Not as much as killing Cave Slime, though. That thread was a joke, so many troll posts, lol. Can we try to keep on topic here though?
  21. When I started playing, I told my friend who introduced me into runescape that he could make millions by simply making multiple accounts for the runes they give you. Oh.. good times. Anyways, I agree having nothing in your bank may cause new players to feel hopeless. How do they buy the tools to make things with when they have no money to start off with? That's exactly what I'm saying. I'm glad someone else sees it from my point of view.
  22. You don't start out with any items anymore.
  23. The Stronghold of Player Safety. Sure they can, after they find out about it. Other than that, they have no idea where to get a pickaxe or hatchet, since I doubt they'll figure out to trade the shop keeper, or go to the top floor of the Lumbridge guard towers for the pick in order to mine and make money.
  24. While looking through my Runescape screenshots, I found this. I don't remember the rainbow boots ever going that high up on the ankles. :P
  25. I know they removed the runes, along with the fishing net, hammer, pickaxe, hatchet, tinderbox, pot, sword, shield, bow, and arrows. :P
