Eh...no. No they don't. At 99 in both, yews are ~100k gp/hr. Monks are ~120k gp/hr. Lobbies are ~80k gp/hr. All slower than magic logs (~150k gp/hr) or rocktails (~200k gp/hr). Flax-picking is ~120k gp/hr. With level 1 everything. Yeah, fishing and woodcutting are not good moneymakers. I have to agree with Troacctid on this one. Mining is really the only good money making skill out there now. Besides, Hunter and RC. Iron ore is extremely good money. :thumbup:

Yes. Every time you play a game of any kind, you could be doing something far more productive. Some people just like to play them though. And OP, it isn't your place to tell us that we should all quit Runescape because our lives will improve. You have no idea what our lives outside of the game are like, and if we are even remotely as addicted as you were; or even addicted at all for that matter. Some people just play it to pass some time, not for the 'sense of achievement.'

I personally preferred training with controlled. Especially if you can get all your combats even and around the same XP, then they all level up at once, and it's awesome. :) So, I think regardless of how efficient it is, it's cooler. :P
