Your combat stats open plenty of options. Maybe do some DK killing, GWD, etc. Work on raising your Herblore level in order to make Overloads, Extremes, etc. It'll make MH'ing a lot easier. Or, as the others have said -- 85 dung. Rapier. Frosts.
