I actually use the Firefox 4.0 Beta, and it's really nice. As for IE, haven't tried it. I don't plan on it either. For the record though, I'm currently using Chrome, as FF is for some reason ridiculously slow.

The combat training camp is a viable training location. Just in case you didn't do that quest, don't forget about the Moss Giants that lie just East of the camp. ;) As for your set-up; wear the best dragon-hide you can and use bronze or Iron throwing knives. Good luck. :)

How fishing? When fishing, mining, or woodcutting, you have to wait a certain amount of ticks after receiving a resource (outside of Dungeoneering, at least) before you can get another. Instead of wasting this time, you can use it to alch/drop/do something else. You can use this small window of time to fletch some bolts. Essentially, fletch some bolts immediately after you catch a fish before clicking the spot again. It's rather click intensive, but worth it I suppose.
